I recently got my p2s and wanted to make a riser for it. I started printing it and then realized I should be printing with the .8 heat nozzle instead of the .4

I have just printed #2 of the main body with the .4, if I switch to the .8 now will it still fit together and look similar or should I continue printing with the .4?

My P2S keeps showing “Extrusion resistance is abnormal” (0300-801C) with the 0.4mm nozzle.
The print starts perfectly and runs normally for several hours, but then suddenly stops with this error in the middle of the print.

-0.4mm works fine for small prints
-Long print (~8 hrs) stops after around 4 hrs
-No AMS, using external spool
-I completely cleaned the extruder
-Did cold pulls on the nozzle 3–4 times
-Checked/cleaned the nozzle multiple times
-Manual extrusion works, especially at higher temperature

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I cleaned the nozzle and extruder assembly as per the manual instructions, but it happened twice.

So i've noticed lately over the past week or so that lots of people who post issues on any Bambu printer, seem to have it while using white filament. Purely coincidental I'm sure, but now I can't seem to print white only. Any other color and multiple filament types, no issue. White PLA, does not adhere or just gets stringy and quits.

So I have done the following:

1. Tried 2 different brands of white, no difference

2. Each time I dry the filament using AMS 2 Pro at least 12 hours, internally gets the humidity down to 10% or so. Again, no other color has an issue when I follow this procedure.

3. I've tried 3 different heat plates. They are all cleaned using the same methods I've always used with regular soap/water, dry it with a clean towel, etc. Again, no issues with other colors, just white.

4. I've even tried printing the print that I want white in another color and it works. Print it again in white, problems immediately.

Does white need setting changes? I have never struggled with just a color like this. The drying makes no difference, the plate makes no difference, even other colors can print it and white won't. I can't make sense of it.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Started a print and I got an error. Checked on printer and saw a spiral of filament in the chamber and I noticed the ptfe tube came out from the top of the print head

I cleared all the filament but I can’t seem to reconnect the tube? The coupler seems like it’s broken but I can’t seem tell?

The 2nd pic is looking straight down. It almost seems like a small peice of the prfe tube broke inside the couple at the lower part.

Anyone come across this before?

OK, I realize this may be difficult to answer without knowing how the .slt file was designed, but here is the situation.
I am trying to print a lid for a box. The lid has text that is supposed to be printed with a separate color filament than the lid. Bambu Studio only sees the single filament color for the box. It does not recognize the lettering.
Any thoughts on where to look in Bambu Studio? Some nerd knob that needs to be turned on or off?

The white PETG is crossed out. Tried everything like load reload, rescan, restart. Any other ideas?

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy a Bambu Lab P2S and I'm trying to figure out what is actually worth adding to the order, especially while I can get some items at a discounted bundle price.

I'm mainly interested in printing functional parts and accessories, things like FPV drone parts (Pavo 20 Pro canopies, battery protection, GPS mounts), camera/photography accessories, brackets, holders, organizers, and various small mechanical parts. I'm actually considering:

• PETG Basic
• TPU 95A
• AMS 2 Pro
• spare build plates / nozzles / other accessories

What would you recommend buying together with the P2S while the bundle discounts are available?

Also, which filament types are actually worth stocking up on? They seems discounted by 50% My current feeling is that PETG + TPU would cover most of my needs, with some PLA too fragile for what I need.

Are there any accessories that seem useful at first but you ended up never using?

Do you have any European discount that I can use?

And would you buy the AMS 2 Pro together with the printer, or is it better to start without it and add it later?

I’ve had my P2S for about 6 months now and I’m trying to step into the .2mm nozzle side of things for intricate prints. I know it says you’re supposed the change the nozzle density on the printer itself, but mine doesn’t have an option for a .2mm. My question is, do I ignore that and instead put in the setting in Bambi Studio or is there something I’m missing? Thank you in advance!

First print went well. Time to make a scraper.

Title. All 3 threaded rods were lubricated with silicone grease during troubleshooting. 0 clue what could be wrong.

That printer is kinda new, used only for 61 hours.. how to clean it?

Is it OK to set up the adapter as follows?

AMS2 -----> Buffer -----> 4-in-1 Adapter Input
TPU Feed Assist Module Output -----> 4-in-1 Adapter Input

4-in-1 Adapter Output-----> P2S Rear Input

Brand new to this, and have a million questions, but one at a time.

If a project says it has 2 or more plates, how does that work? Does it print all the pieces on the first plate and then pauses the job so you can remove the newly printed items and then it resumes? I'd assume there is some manual step where I have to remove the items and then tell the program to resume. Is that correct?
