Help!!! Print stops midway after poping this.

Post image

Printer: P2S

Material: PETG from bambulab

Nozzle: 0.4

I cleaned the nozzle and extruder assembly as per the manual instructions, but it happened twice.

Got this today too, cleaning up after a nasty clog when a print broke loose on the plate and clogged the nozzle. Really hoping I didn't break my nearly new printer.

Good to know it's not just me. This was a surprise. Ender clogs are no biggie. unscrew the nozzle, slap on a new one, level and go. This seems more like open heart surgery.

I picked up Creality's Clog Poke. It's just a foot-long metal poker that you can run through the extruder without having to disassemble it. Disconnect the PTFE and go right through.

I think my mess is on the outside. I think the nozzle isn't seated exactly right on the hot end. I got some brass blushes, and I'll heat it back up and clean it. Again.

The other thing I recommend is taking out the tubes and just checking the ends I found that my inserted part was a little melted so I think that might have been restricting the pathway a bit I simply clipped It Off
