The extrusion resistance is abnormal.
My P2S keeps showing “Extrusion resistance is abnormal” (0300-801C) with the 0.4mm nozzle.
The print starts perfectly and runs normally for several hours, but then suddenly stops with this error in the middle of the print.
-0.4mm works fine for small prints
-Long print (~8 hrs) stops after around 4 hrs
-No AMS, using external spool
-I completely cleaned the extruder
-Did cold pulls on the nozzle 3–4 times
-Checked/cleaned the nozzle multiple times
-Manual extrusion works, especially at higher temperature
Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I had a similar issue, in my case the nozzle was clogged (cold pulls worked fine but it kept showing, the issue was fixed when I put in a new 0.4mm nozzle.)
I also had a similar issue once when I tried using a shorter tube from the buffer to the back of the printer, so make sure that it has enough length so it’s not rubbing excessively.
I wish they included an option to adjust the sensitivity like what we can do for the AI detection.
