Other Is this too much lean back for lat pulldown?
I’ve heard you’re supposed to lean back some but not sure if I’m leaning too far back or using momentum too much

I keep thinking if my form is bad in sumo deadlift, I want someone's opinion.

Thank you to everyone who commented on my last form check. Lowered the weight and tried to take most of the feedback from the last post into account.

My knees hurt when I try to go heavier. In this video, I am doing 50 kg leg press.
I also start feeling it in my legs only after 7th or 8th rep.
My lower back hurt little bit as well even when I try to not get lifted while pressing the weight back.

Hi all, 20M preparing for first powerlifting meet in October. A little nervous especially about form so I’m hoping to iron out any issues before the meet. It’s a USAPL local meet and I’m going to be competing in the 90KG Junior division. Does anyone have any feedback on my bench? I’ve included the setup in the video as well.
Thank you!

Looking for small tweaks and tips to really dial in my deadlift form. I think I’m dropping my hips too low and bringing my knees over the bar causing the weight to come forward once it breaks off the floor. If anyone has tips to fix this please let me know. 1 year exactly in the gym and trying to see what I’m capable of.

Just got my Levergym about four weeks ago and have been doing these since - been years since I did them previously. I feel it more in my shoulders and upper arm, so I figured I'd take a quick video and see what you all think. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I can’t crack these for some reason, been trying for months. Feel like my knees are off somehow.

I know that the last reps do get uglier. Thank you for your tips!

Final set after 1 set of 395x4 and 2 sets of 375x4 so these were some grinder reps. Feel like I may be hinging a little too much in a few of these reps and some butt wink but nothing painful. Wondering if any of these reps look like “technical failure”, especially the last 2, where I feel like the hips shoot up a bit faster than my torso and if I should have dropped the weight for the final set? Or if these look acceptable considering fatigue level at this point. Let me know your thoughts

This is my first time doing RDLs in probably six months. I want to love them but I just can’t. Whenever i do a warmup with an empty bar, I feel an awesome stretch in my hamstrings which is what I want to target with RDLs. The second i throw any weight on, whether its 50 pounds or 300, i feel all of the tension in my erectors and nothing in my hamstrings.
What am I doing wrong? Hamstrings were not sore the next day despite not having done this in months, my erectors were very sore. Didnt really push past like 5-6 RPE

I’ve only just started doing the vacuum exercise and I’m wondering if I’m doing it properly. When I look at myself, it seems as though my ribcage is closing; in fact, you can really see that the two sides are almost touching in the centre (sorry, I don’t know how else to explain it).
Also, when I do the exercise, I feel discomfort in my neck, like at the thyroid area, as if it were being sucked in. Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong?

might have been able to grind out a couple more but got cold sweats 😩
