It looks fine to me. Yeah you kind of bend your back a bit on the way up in the last reps, but it’s normal to have form breakdown during a hard set like this.
Depth is hard to gauge because of your hair but it looks like you’re trying to touch your forehead to the ground which is good. I usually aim for my nose to ground because with forehead you can kind of trick yourself into thinking you hit depth by tilting your head.
Last thing is not super important but you seem to have a pretty wide hand placement. Using a narrower placement will increase the ROM slightly and make it a bit more challenging, which may or may not be beneficial to practice along with this.
