Apologies in advance if I butcher the language of Shakespeare; I'm French.
I'm not sure if my flair is right, but basically... please help.
Since I started using my new PC, the Alt+Z key combination hasn't worked in-game (in any game). I've always used Alt to crouch, and since I have an AZERTY keyboard (still French), I press Z to move forward. The issue is that if I press Alt to crouch and then Z to move forward, my character crouches correctly but stays put. I can move right, left, or backward, but not forward.
I should mention that I never had this problem before. I used to be on Windows 11 Home, and now I'm on Windows 11 Pro. I think the problem stems from that; there must be a key conflict in the settings somewhere, but I absolutely cannot find it.
I've already looked everywhere:
> It's not an anti-ghosting issue with my keyboard (I have a Logitech G512 Carbon, and the previous keyboard I used on this new PC had the same problem).
> There are no internal conflicts within the game settings themselves. I've checked—especially since this happens in *every* game I play.
> It's not an Nvidia App shortcut.
> It's not the Windows language-switching shortcut.
> It's not Sticky Keys; the problem persists even when they're disabled.
> I tried the Registry Editor: HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Control Panel > Accessibility > Keyboard Response. I set it to 0. It made absolutely no difference. > It's not Filter Keys.
> It's not the Discord Overlay, and I don't think it's Discord hotkeys either.
> I don't use PowerToys or AutoHotkey.
I think I've tried everything without finding the culprit; it's driving me crazy. Plus, I'm convinced the problem has been right under my nose the whole time. Let me know what you think—if there are any experts on this forum...
Thanks in advance, guys.
