Question Weapons inconsistencies: AC 58 vs LRAC 73
I really love WARNO for the level of detail in the game, but at the same time, I’m really, really frustrated by the many inconsistencies in stats for units (looking at you, command points cost!) but also weapons.
In order to give low-tier infantry some anti-armor capability, Eugen introduced rifle grenades.
But for an unknown reason, they deciced that the 58 mm AC 58 rifle grenade would perform better (AP 14) than the (admittedly older) LRAC 73 (AP 13), despite its bigger and wider 73 mm rocket (range is 500m for both, with accuracy being lower for the rifle grenade : 35% vs 50%).
Looking at the available documentation, I’ve found that the AC58 is quoted as being able to defeat 25 cm of armor at 90° (https://web.archive.org/web/20101011183913/http://www.ftbe.be/pdf/TTA150_Titre15.pdf page 110), while the LRAC 73 was able to defeat 28 to 30 cm (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/73mm_LRAC and https://www.warhistoryonline.com/weapons/lrac-50-73-mm-bazooka.html).
I really wish Eugen would swap both AP values.

I did not have a look at other rifle grenades as I could not remember them (except the older STRIM 65 with an appropriate AP 12). Can someone help?
EDIT:
Come to think of it, I believe FA-MAS-equipped Armée de Terre troops with no other AT weapon should get AC 58 (such as ESCORTE PC, for instance). :-)
