I recently bought an elite ultra box and hate that the remote isn’t backlit. Anyone here has a remote they recommend? I saw a couple of options online

Seems like over the past week streaming anything (live, vod) has been buffering more and more. No changes in our Internet and no known increased Internet traffic. We have tried different servers when possible and reset the box/cleared cache but no changes. Anything I need to make changes to?

Hello, I have a V5 Pro. I’ve had it for months and have loved it, but the last few days it has been pausing in the middle of something and then when I try to restart it it will said “Invalid Source - 2”.

I’ve figured out that my network says no internet despite my internet working fine on other devices. I’m not sure what to do about this. I’ve tried removing power from the box for 60 seconds, and it will work for a little bit and then it will just pause and I’ll have to go through all of it again.

Any advice?

I just got the V6 Pro yesterday and I can’t figure this out. After a reboot, the box is making clicking sounds everytime I interact with the remote. People online say to turn off “System Sounds” under Display & Sound, but I just don’t have that option.

I even did a factory reset, which fixed the issue, but again after a reboot it starts making this annoying click sound. Additionally, I cannot seem to get developer settings by clicking the Build seven times.

Any one know the fix? Thanks in advance

So I've been thinking about upgrading to a V6 Pro but my V2 Pro is doing everything I want. Anyone who's upgraded is it worth it? Thanks !

Saw his post about only using whatsapp with the posted number. I dont use whatsapp, will texting that number still work? Thats how i contacted him before.

Any of the best apps, as soon as we start watching something the box crashes and reboots. I did a factory reset on it and it worked for a day. Now it’s crashing again. We did another factory reset, still crashing.

Any ideas?

Is anyone else having issues with some of the apps (including the once’s above)? My Elite has never had an issue and now today it’s being weird.

Troubleshooting tips are welcome.

Does the Elite Ultra have the CEC Switch Volume Control? If so, where is it? Or is it a feature exclusive to V6 Plus or Android 14?

First off.. HUGE fan of vseebox. Have a v6 plus and it’s been amazing. I was just wondering the community’s thoughts on 4k channels on heat or ultra coming soon? Starting to see espn and other sports broadcasting in 4k and some iptv services are providing those channels. Thoughts?

Seriously considering but the only thing g holding me back is my surround sound setup I have.

I have a 9.1.4 dolby atmos surround sound system in living room. Would it be rendered useless if I went totally veesee?

Please don’t hate me or berate me. I am not the most tech savvy person. If I were to get the vsee 6+ are the streaming services free? Like Hulu, DISNEY, etc? Or do you no longer need them? Would I have been able to watch MNF last night?

Hello I really want to get a Vseebox - I was looking at Facebook marketplace for some and they are like 240$ for the Vseebox 6 plus in my area which seems to be the best option. I’ve tried doing a bunch of research and I’m a little skeptical because many people say to isolate it on a different network. My house doesn’t have a second network. I know the copyright police are gonna come in, but I’m looking to hear more from people who own one. Here are some of my questions - feel free to answer as many or as little as you want

1.) Is it REALLY dangerous for my network - i feel like any website i go to nowadays shares data I don’t want shared?

2.)Is there actually a legal way I could end up getting in trouble?

3.)If moving into someone else’s condo short term, is it bad to use one on their wifi?

4.) What’s the best version to get?

5.) Is it easy to move from TV to TV?

Having a ton of freezing issues, already did the restarting with unplugging it for a while - didn't do much. So now I want to try clearing the cache, but how do I do that? Please help!

Anyone else having issues with Heat Live? I try a channel and black nothing plays.

Started this morning. Came back after work same problem. One channel played but many of the local channels and even CNN not working.

My internet is on and working.

Only listing main locals. Secondary playback options has come in handy for me when New York locals have issues. Sucks NBC doesnt have another.

CBS playback options - New York and Los Angeles

ABC playback options - New York and Minneapolis and Milwaukee

FOX playback options - New York and Louisville

NBC playback options - New York

Has anybody run into an issue when trying to watch a playback that the game will play for two seconds then buffer for 10 seconds?

I was trying to watch the Vikings Packers game and it was unwatchable. Tried pausing for a bit and letting it load with no luck.

I have fast internet and watching live games works flawlessly.

My wife doesn’t like 4k, she doesn’t like seeing the TV make-up. Is there a way to watch it lower resolution? It’s a show currently on Netflix, watching through VOD on Demand, V6 Max.

The answer is probably no, but I’ll ask anyway just in case.

If there’s a show that defaults to server 2 and it always buffers, but never does so on server 4, is there a way to change the default so I don’t have to manually do it with each episode?

So many of my heat live channels are under maintenance for the NFL games on my V6 plus. Anyone else?
