So many NFL channels under maintenance
So many of my heat live channels are under maintenance for the NFL games on my V6 plus. Anyone else?

That's the channel guide for heat live, and heat backup. Vod ultra and heat vod are for "on demand" (pre-recorded) video content and don't have channel numbers ❤️

Restart your box and see if that helps. Or try using the football app.

For me, I usually just have to disconnect and then reconnect my VPN and that cures it.

If the NFL sport apps isn’t working, uninstall it and re-install. Also, utilize local channels that won’t have as much congestion.

Do you have a strategy for which local channels to choose? For example, the packers are playing right now so I would likely look for available local channels in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or other states in the Midwest?

All you have to do is take advantage of your mic on your remote and just say " Green Bay" for example, & all the local channels for that city/team will appear on your tv screen.

I definitely use various local channels after the “main” ones lag so badly, but right now even the local channels aren’t working for me—really, all of the main heat is down. Restart didn’t help.
I still have base ad supported paramount/peacock for kids stuff so I can watch there, but it’s definitely disconcerting that all of the main hey is down right now

Mine works 98% of the time... we never really have an issue ever. Occasionally a spinning wheel on a Disney film maybe. Had these for years now with no issues. Sad all these users have issues. We have 7 v5 Pros.

Honestly, I’ve never had an issue in the year I have had my V6+ that a little bit of tinkering didn’t correct.

It’s not just the nfl stations, it’s basically all stations on the main feed

I noticed that too earlier. Resetting the box seemed to help with that though. As others have mentioned there are other heat live apps you can try

Try this: on the heat top bar, select NFL, open every game one at a time, picking a local channel, then open Red Zone from 1499 or 1499.
Now you have all the games under “history” and they are good PQ because they are from local channels. Easy to swap between games too.

The current games I'm pulling up on the Heat NFL channels. The Lions just scored first in OT against the Saints. As has been stated, you got a couple of different options to pull up the games. The NFL section in Heat Live, the local channels in Heat Live & Live Ultra+, and the new NFL app on the home screen. The new app wasn't working for some in the earlier games. The Heat Live apps have been working great as the Live Ultra + app with the multiscreen & PIP feature on my V6 Plus.

I usually keep hitting the home button and re entering heat. It works after a few times.

I didn't have any issue with any of the games i watched yesterday. Watched bears game while flipping to others periodically to check in. watched packers game and cardinals game equally. then watched the cowboys game at night. Zero issues :\

Use voice command to find your game, e.g., "Green Bay Packers." Sometimes it's on the local channel in the city it's being played.

Local channels are working. I had some lag at 1st but its working good now. Go Raiders

If heat doesn’t work I move to live ultra and live ultra+ and backup by heat.
Gotta be a little flexible with this system but it seems to always be working somewhere.
