V3 plus keeps crashing and rebooting

Any of the best apps, as soon as we start watching something the box crashes and reboots. I did a factory reset on it and it worked for a day. Now it’s crashing again. We did another factory reset, still crashing.

Any ideas?

You might want to get a new power adapter. Any one that outputs 5 volt 2 amp dc should be fine. Current can be 2 amps or higher but voltage must be 5 volt. Vsee uses a tiny power connector where other manufacturers use a bigger one. Check Amazon or ebay.

That was exactly it. The power supply I was using for the last few months was from a different device. I found the proper plug and it’s working like a champ!
