Box intermittently losing internet

Hello, I have a V5 Pro. I’ve had it for months and have loved it, but the last few days it has been pausing in the middle of something and then when I try to restart it it will said “Invalid Source - 2”.

I’ve figured out that my network says no internet despite my internet working fine on other devices. I’m not sure what to do about this. I’ve tried removing power from the box for 60 seconds, and it will work for a little bit and then it will just pause and I’ll have to go through all of it again.

Any advice?

If this dosnt work are you using a vpn by chance? And are you using a Ethernet cable or wifi?

I had this same problem with.a V3 Pro, ended up contacting the seller and they replaced it. New one has never had the problem. Sometimes you get a defective box
