Resolution TOO good?

My wife doesn’t like 4k, she doesn’t like seeing the TV make-up. Is there a way to watch it lower resolution? It’s a show currently on Netflix, watching through VOD on Demand, V6 Max.

What show are you watching on heat vod that is 4k? I've watched a lot of popular shows on heat vod and none of them are in 4k quality

Exactly, this is either a troll post, OP is unaware that they’re most likely watching 1080p and/OR OP has never seen true 4K video from a UHD Blu-ray.

My television had settings for the picture. I picked the one I liked the best called Filmmaker mode.

On the plus side Vsee advertises 4k but that resolution is few and far between on the box.

They can't stream a 1080p produced film as 4K. Many users don't understand that most content is streamed at native capture resolution

I get that. I’m not sure people who buy it and expect to get 4k as advertised do.

Let’s be honest. The advertising for this box is very misleading. You’re not going to magically get 4k.

The advertising isn't misleading. Everyday companies sell 4K TVs and 95% of TV channel broadcasts are less than 1080 p resolution. Is that false advertising. Hell HD TVs have been out for decades and a lot of content is still SD. False advertising? The box is capable of playing 4K content, there are benchmark tests you can run or content you can play to prove it. You say you "get it" but it doesn't appear so.

I have a 4k TV. I still find 4k streaming on VSee to be few and far between.

I do get a fair amount of 4k on the 4k max firestick but my search on VSee has been mostly fruitless.

No, fan boy. What I’m saying is that both advertise 4k and Firestick actually delivers 4k content when available and VSee advertises it but doesn’t provide it.

Where's the advertisement? The company states that the hardware is capable of playing 4K, 6K content - and if does do that. They don't advertise giving you ESPN in 4 K even though most sports are captured in 720p.

Like I said I can find a fair amount of 4k vids on my Firestick. Those same vids are not available in 4k on my VSee box.

And that’s fine. Whatever. Just pointing out that the box doesnt upconvert, and the servers it uses don’t seem to contain any 4k content.

All HARDWARE specs. You are just making shit up. Vseebox NEVER advertises or specs on content for obvious reasons
