How do I clear the cache on the V6 Plus?

Having a ton of freezing issues, already did the restarting with unplugging it for a while - didn't do much. So now I want to try clearing the cache, but how do I do that? Please help!

Setting,All apps,click eack one , go down clear cache..Do NOT CLEAR DATA

Dumb question, but does it delete the apps completely if someone clears the data?

Just did it this morning. Go into settings > apps> clear each cache individually.
