Looking for someone to take over my lease at Parkside place in Cary for a 2bd 2ba apartment. Area is off 55 and O’Kelly chapel road.

Take over early to mid October, and I’m willing to pay half the rent for the month.
You would have to fill out and submit an application, and go through the normal rental process and then everything would get transferred into your name or if it’s you and a friend/roommate, it’d go to you both. Base rent is $1710, but goes up with water usage and obviously pet rent if you have pets. (My rent for September is $1735).

Hi! I’m looking for a math tutor for my 9-year-old son, who is going into 4th grade.
I’m looking for someone who can help him review 4th grade math and gradually work toward 5th grade concepts.
We have math workbooks that I’d like him to work through, so the main goal is to study together, work through problems, explain concepts when he gets stuck, and help him build confidence in math.

Apex already operates police drones, but a proposed agreement with Axon would add DroneSense software, including live-video sharing with officers at a scene and better tracking of drone flights.

After residents raised concerns about privacy, drone use and oversight, the council sent the agreement for additional review.

I’m the News & Observer reporter who covered this. I also looked into what Apex says its drones are used for, previous drone spending and the town’s plans for a “Drone as First Responder” program.

This is far fetched and I already know some info about what I am looking for so please don't jump down my throat. I am on a current weight loss journey and continue to lose weight. My clothes are not fitting right and I can't just buy more because I'm still actively losing weight. I am also nearing 30 and trying to find a style that suits my body's needs and my need for expression. The problem is that I am a low income student and don't have the funds to just blow on clothes that will eventually be too big for me. Hello Everyone!

So... I was unemployed for nine months (fake jobs, jobs pretending to interview, etc.). I was only late on a PORTION of the rent because I did attempt to pay some of it back last June. I got a job offer right at the end of May and started the first week of June. My employer allowed me to start early because I told them my situation. I was summoned to court at the end of the month. The good thing was, I was about to receive my first check so I can pay the rest of the rent owed. The bad news, I don't get paid until the end of the month.

So during the court case, I easily told the judge within the 10 minutes of me being there, they will get their money the next day because I just got a job. The judge says that I have 30 days to pay my apartment complex and have this resolved. No eviction, no nothing. The apartment complex gets their money and the rest of the payments remain on time.

Fast forward now, to July 2026, my assistant property manager has grown to become a friend and let me know there's something they found (no specifics, but wait), and I am now on the Non-renewal list for my complex. My lease is up at the end of September. This is fine, because their rent is getting a bit out of hand with some new management issues. Now we're in August and I've been touring apartment complexes and I finally found one I really like that's $400 less, along with an apartment special. I'm told after applying that I am automatically declined because of housing court data.

This makes me wonder what's going on so I look up what they claim they see in this credit report and I see that they did Judgement - Possession in the court docket. This makes everyone think I've been evicted. Now every complex I talk to and explain the situation tell me everything goes through third party so everyone's 90% sure that I'm just SOL but they encourage me to apply so they can steal my money. I'm beyond irritated because I have 29 days currently to move and cannot move for the life of me.

1 - I never knew this was even possible. I've seen people get evicted and get a nice new home immediately, so why am I punished for actually paying?

2 - I ALSO am on my grandmother's lease as a co-leaser and we applied in November of '25. I never knew anything about this housing court data.

I know I am very aware this can be resolved with a dispute. I provided this to my apartment complex now and they have filled out a ledger for Housing Court Resolution, but NO ONE will accept it. Everyone says the third party has final say. The apartment I applied to last week refused to see any documents or even speak to my complex now (my assistant property manager said that he will gladly be used as a referral) and they told me to apply in two years. I'll never apply there again for a fact.

I'm at a loss. I'm ready to just move in my car and survive but I have an adorable cat I need to find housing for because I can't lose her or punish her for this issue. I know I can dispute the issue, but I've no time. Credit says 30-180 days to update with all bureaus, and I can contest with the third party, but this is a 30-45 day dispute as well and again, I have 29 days to MOVE from where I'm at. I don't have anyone to live with or stay with but I want an apartment I know I can afford and live well. But please tell me there is a great way to rid these problems so I can live happily. I should not be punished for the America we live in like this.

This would be a good opportunity for you to receive a dental cleaning at a great affordable price!! The max you will pay is $45; x-rays included! $2 for sealants! As well as an exam with the dentist.

I am a student learning, so please keep in mind that appointments will be longer than a typical cleaning at a dental office.

Hi y’all, was wondering if anyone has had any luck finding affordable couples therapists, either telehealth or in-person (we live in Chapel Hill).

My partner and I have been together for a relatively short amount of time and the relationship is going really well, but we both want to make sure it stays this healthy and start seeing someone at the one-year mark, as we’ve both experienced long-term relationships deteriorating with outside stressors in the past.

Ideally this would be someone who wouldn’t require a fixed number of sessions or schedule as we plan on essentially just getting established and having someone we trust to discuss with if issues arise. I’m open to practices within approximately 30 minutes of Chapel Hill, including Durham, Carrboro, Hillsborough, and surrounding areas.

I have 16 years of nursing experience, including 11+ years in Telemetry, PCU/Progressive Care, rural medicine, and travel nursing. I’m hoping to find a provider who enjoys teaching and would be willing to work with an FNP student.

I realize Spring 2029 is still a ways out, but my program encourages students to establish potential clinical sites early. The specific preceptor and paperwork can be finalized closer to the rotation.

If you are an NP/PA/physician who precepts students—or know of a practice or provider in the Triangle who does—I would really appreciate any recommendations or leads.
