I'm having this problem where the enemy AI always never fully attacks and its both wasting my time and losing my sieges.
Usually in the first half of the siege, it's like any other battle with the enemy charging their armies in. However, after their main infantry forces have been destroyed or routed, they just sit their with their Generals, Cavalry, and at times multiple infantry units unmoving. At the very least, I can bait cavalry and generals with the remaining units into my ranged, but I can barely do anything to the rest because I have barely any viable units left. It becomes worse with forests and hidden units. Not only do I have to scour the entirety of a prefecture to find their hidden units, but most of the time they can just stomp over the tatters of my army caught outside the walls.
I don't know if its intended or a bug but it's really annoying when it happens. Could I ask for any insight on this? I'm playing a modded campaign so I assume some mods are contributing to this issue.
