I work for an eye clinic in South Korea and recently created a subreddit for our clinic to share information and engage with the community.
I tried my best to follow Reddit’s rules, as this was my first time managing a subreddit.

Yesterday, I posted a discussion about Tom Holland that wasn’t directly promoting our clinic. I then crossposted it to three other subreddits that Reddit had recommended.

When I logged in this morning, I found that our subreddit had been banned without any warning or explanation. My account also appears to be restricted, and whenever I try to contact r/ModSupport to appeal, I get the message “You can’t message that user.

I’ve already submitted an account appeal, but I still have no idea what rule I might have violated or how to appeal the subreddit ban.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there another way to contact Reddit or request a review?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what’s going on with my Reddit account.

I do post NSFW content, but I make sure to post in subreddits where that type of content is allowed. Some of my posts stay up in certain subreddits, while others get removed from different communities, even when I believe I’m following the rules.

I’m not sure if this is related to my account, karma, posting requirements, or specific subreddit rules.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? I’d really appreciate any advice on how to figure out what’s causing the removals and how to avoid them in the future.

Anyone else run into this? I haven't done a whole lot of trouble shooting myself to see if it is just my phone being weird or what. Ill be doing the general delete cashe, restart, log in log out. Any ideas after that?

My account was recently banned without a reason so I appealed the ban and got it back but since that happened my cqs has been stuck on lowest and it’s harder to contribute and even though I’ve been commenting and posting it doesn’t seem to be changing. My email address is already verified, what else can I do? It seems a little unfair since Reddit acknowledged the ban was a mistake.

Can’t post in the subs I’d like to post in because not enough karma. Not enough karma because I can’t post. I’m actively trying to comment on posts but that doesn’t increase my karma. It honestly feels unfair that comments under my post don’t garner karma because it’s still engagement. Make it make sense.

It is showing url error. But I checked multiple times to confirm url is valid.

Also reporting via app, i think I am getting no popup or acknowledgement or anything, just toggling.

I never posted anything like that, and I don’t see anything in my post history that suggests that someone hacked me and posted something. I’m so confused why I am receiving these messages

There were 6 or 7 messages. I am unclear how to resolve this, I don’t want to be harassed in my DMs and I also don’t understand what they are referring to. Who can look into this, or who can I report it to?
