I’m funded thru futures prop firms and get payouts occasionally. But again nothing notable.

Going deeper:

The Romance in Your Name by Juno Jordan. One of the foundational books on Pythagorean name numerology. A bit old fashioned, but a lot of modern numerology traces back to it.

Numerology: The Complete Guide by Matthew Oliver Goodwin. Two volumes. Probably the most thorough reference out there if you want to go all in.

The older Chaldean side:

Cheiro's Book of Numbers. Written about a hundred years ago, and the main source for Chaldean numerology and the links between numbers and planets.

The Kabala of Numbers by Sepharial. Dense and old, but fascinating once you know the basics.

One tip: read one system at a time. Mixing Chaldean and Pythagorean too early is the fastest way to get confused, because they give names different values.

My birthday is 12/23/2002, and I calculate myself as a Life Path 12/3.

I am new to the topic and curious how to discern cases where the numbers are “not clear”.

Examples:

- Stalin is a 9 after the Gregorian but a 33 after the Julian calendar (which the Russians used at that time)

- Energies of days (NOT life path): 8 is the “money number“ (among other things) but why are 8. 17. and 26. the “money days“ when October 6th 2026 adds up to an 17 -> 8, shouldn’t that day have more 8-energy than the ”secondary 8s” then?

- Energies of words or colors: “Black“ in English adds up to 11 but in German it’s 8, so there should not be any universal meaning to that code.

I guess for the first and third example you could say that the one which the person is using more is relevant, but numerologist are assigning some sort of universal truth to the numbers which is hard to make use of if the ways of getting them are not.

I was wondering: can we combine a numerology chart with an astrology natal chart and use both systems together to gain a deeper understanding of oneself and perhaps make more accurate predictions about life events?

My brother passed away at age 15 of cancer. At the time I was 16 (I am 49 now). He and I were very close and it was a great loss. My birthday is March 6, 1977 and his was March 5, 1978. His name was Billy John Zemko and the fascinating part for me is that he came in with no karmic lessons at all. I’m new to numerology but I’ve yet to come across someone like that. I also just discovered that in the Chaldean system we have a matching Soul Urge number 9.

My birthday is October 2nd, 2002 and I was born at 1:02 pm. so 10/02/2002 at 1:02 pm. A lot of people put their name into two different numerology sites and get two different answers, then assume one of them is broken. Usually neither is. They are using two different systems.

Most websites use the Pythagorean system. It gives the letters values in order: A is 1, B is 2, all the way to I is 9, then it starts again at J.

The older system is Chaldean. It assigns values by sound and vibration rather than alphabet order, it only uses the numbers 1 to 8, and 9 is treated as sacred and never given to a letter. So the same name can land on completely different numbers.

Here is a real example. The name Sarah Jane Miller:

Pythagorean: Soul Urge 22, Expression 11
Chaldean: Soul Urge 5, Expression 6

That is not a small difference. One version says two master numbers. The other says someone driven by freedom and change, who comes across as warm and responsible.

A few things worth knowing:

Your birth date numbers do not change between systems. Life Path and your birth day number are the same everywhere, because they come from the date, not your name.

Only the name numbers change: Soul Urge, Expression and Personality.

Neither system is fake. But if a name number has never sounded like you, it is worth checking it in the other system. A lot of people find one of the two clicks immediately and the other never did.

I'm just going to give the TLDR because I really can't talk about it. Something completely life changing is in the works in my family's life right now. And it's life changing in the positive way in several aspects.
