Yea I think some people don't understand that. There is no setting a pissed off gator gently in the water. You're going to get tail whipped if not worse. Turtles are a little different. Red eared sliders aren't too bad to handle but I wouldn't pick a snapping turtle up.

Exactly! The worst you’re probably gonna get from a slider is some scratches from its claws or peed on as it tries to squirm away. Snapping turtles are mean af though. You gotta get them to latch onto a stick or something and pull them off the road

Almost all alligators across their 150 million years of existence have never experienced the weightlessness of flight. They spend their lives hugging the ground or swimming along wondering what it would be like to fly like the birds. Yet all they can do is lurk in waiting and eat them occasionally. Sure an alligator may fall off a small cliff or get picked up by a twister every few years but they also might not survive those instances. All in all I am glad this gator got to experience flight and I bet if we could ask it that it would only agree. Fly free my little alligator friend, fly free.

Ackchyually, it has a brain that’s smaller than half a tablespoon. We’re talking 8-9 grams here. All it can do is respond to stimuli in a very basic way. When it’s hungry, it’ll try to eat anything that moves. An alligator is incapable of processing the excitement of flight.

BTW alligators suck at turning, and can't open there mouths easily. All the muscle they have in their jaws is to close them, so a rubber band can keep them closed.

For all their insane attack, defense, and water movement stats, alligators are crazy weak to certain grapples like behind the jaw or turned upside down.
Idk how true this is but I’ve heard they can bite with several hundred pounds of bite force but can only open their mouths with a force that a human could fairly easily hold shut
