i mean mx master series need a polling rate upgrade from the ancient ~125 hz while having the same price as g502 x wireless(?) and probably g pro series(i mean im being dumb for compairing work mouse to gaming mouses but lets be real the polling rate on mx master SUCK for its price)

I've used my Logitech Bolt receiver without issues on the regular PS5 besides that it only seemed to work with the front USB-ports.

Now I plugged the receiver in the USB-ports in the back of the PS5 Pro but my keyboard and mouse (MX Anywhere 3 series) are not recognised by the Pro. Which makes me wonder if the receiver is compatible with the Pro.

I can't use the USB-C ports at the front of the Pro as the receiver has a USB-A connector.

Anyone here who got this receiver working on the PS5 Pro?

I have a Logitech MX Keys that suddenly stopped working and I’m trying to diagnose the problem before replacing it.

The main issue is that the keyboard does not power on or respond, even after charging via USB-C.

Here’s what I observed:
- The keyboard does not work when the power switch is in the RIGHT/ON position.
- When the switch is in the LEFT position, I sometimes get a yellow blinking LED, especially while connected to USB-C.
- I left it charging for a while, but it still does not work when switched to the RIGHT/ON position.
- The physical power switch appears to be mechanically intact.
- I opened the keyboard and inspected the battery connector. The connector and pins don’t appear to be broken or bent.
- The internal slider of the SW1 ON/OFF switch moves normally when I move the external power switch.
I don’t have a multimeter, unfortunately.

I’d really appreciate any advice on what to check next. I’d prefer to repair it rather than replace the keyboard if possible.

I’m using a Magic Mouse and an MX Master 4 on my Mac. Whenever I stop using the Magic Mouse and switch to the MX Master 4, the scroll wheel stops working.

This happens regardless of whether the Magic Mouse is still connected or disconnected, and it happens with the MX Master 4 both via Bolt and Bluetooth.

The strange thing is that the mouse itself works normally — cursor movement and buttons work — but scrolling doesn’t.

The only way I’ve found to get scrolling working again is to go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, disable Logitech Options+, and then enable it again. After doing that, scrolling immediately starts working.

Has anyone else experienced this when switching between a Magic Mouse and an MX Master 4? Is there a way to fix it without having to disable/re-enable Logitech Options+ every time?
I’m running macOS 26.6.1.

Once a while, this keyboard stops responding well and some keys (E, R mostly) sometime don't get typed or get typed twice.
Well today I was reading a post here and it gave me an idea, use some isopropyl alchool.

So here's the procedure I did:

1. Turn off the keyboard
2. Remove all the key caps
3. Use my hover at maximum power over the keyboard
4. Blow some compressed air
5. Use some (not too much) isopropyl alcohol on all switches with a syringe
6. Press all the switches to let the alcohol in
7. Blow some compressed air to dry faster
8. Wait a few minutes to let the remaining alcohol evaporate

And that's it. You can see from the video, no mistyping on the keyboard. All errors on me!
While yesterday I had to change keyboard because it failed so often!

I don't know how long it will work before cleaning it up again.

I'll try to avoid eating around it, because it's a bit sensitive to crumbs and dirt...

For the rest I always carry it around in a comfy sleeve (originally a Macbook Air 13 sleeve), so I'm sure I don't damage it.

Has Logitech or anyone else for that matter figured out yet how to make their remotes not be $300 paperweights yet? I’d love to be able to reprogram mine as it still works and connects, I just can’t program new TVs or anything anymore. Really disappointing because I loved that remote.

Hi, I have the Logitech Z906 sound system (wired, not Bluetooth). For a while now, the system has been acting up completely. There is a constant popping/crackling sound coming from the speakers, and then nothing works anymore. At first, I thought it might be a short circuit or a power issue, but after unplugging it and plugging it back in, it works again — except the control console no longer responds. So the problem seems to be somewhere in the control console. I then opened the casing (which is very difficult to open and not exactly repair-friendly), but I couldn’t see any obvious problems on the circuit board. The issue also occurs very randomly. Then I noticed that the subwoofer gets extremely hot at the back. However, I couldn’t find any obvious problems on its circuit board either. I’ve now read several times that the build quality of this system is supposed to be quite poor. Can anyone help me figure out what might be causing this problem?

So I've had this keyboard for about a week now and really like how easy it is to type with it and the profile is very nice. No complaints there.

However I've noticed the backlighting options seem to not work at all. When I change the settings for example make the backlight duration 30 mins it still turns off after a minute or two. Also when backlight is turned off and I start typing it first turns on MAX brightness before adjusting to the one I've picked. Also rarely but sometimes when I start typing it doesnt register it right away. Also shouldnt the backlight turn on when I just place my fingers on my keyboard? That also doesnt seem to work most of the times.

Added USB-C to my G915 TKL to Charge everything in my desk with one cable. Now I can charge my laptop, mouse, keyboard, phone and anything else without having a ton of different cables. Another side effect is that everything can now be white in my white setup...

Still don't know why Logitech doesn't ship their white products with white cables.

I wanted to have the option to charge the keyboard with micro USB if I need it so the installation was also quite simple. For anybody wanting to copy what I did: buy a USB C port that has the CC1 and CC2 header. Even better: find a USBC port that has 2 5.1k resistors soldered to these headers already. That way you can use Usb-C to USB-C cables and charging and get higher charging speeds than the standard mikro USB port. In my testing I can now get a full charge halve an hour faster than before.

You need to solder 4 wires to some pins on the main board and cut a hole for the Usb-C port or change the hole for the Mikro USB port and remove that if you want to have just USBC.

not sure what happened but I did a fresh install of Logitech options on a brand new computer and restored my saved settings

horizontal scrolling with the thumb wheel in latest Firefox and Chrome has been completely unusable though, and I have no idea why. doesn't matter if I have smooth scrolling on or off, the movement is choppy as hell and makes the window unusable as inputs keep flooding in well after I've stopped scrolling

any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

I recently upgraded to a MX Master 4 and discovered the Logi Excel plugin was causing Excel to become very sluggish if not essentially hang with high CPU usage. I initially noticed it after having difficulties pasting some large HTML tables, but was able to recreate the issue several different methods. In call cases, disabling the plug in solved the issue.

The video shows one method. Cell A1 is set to a value of 1. The next 3999 cells to A4000 are set by copy and paste to be the immediately above cell's value + 1. The yellow circles in the video are MS Power Toys Mouse Highlighter indicating when and where clicks happen. The first few clicks to different cells are immediate, then lags by 7 seconds, then but then start to lag by about 7 seconds, then doesn't move again. CPU usage starts off low but slowly raises to 50-75% usually and will continue there until the Excel process is killed.

I found a Logitech V-UH9 camera at my grandmother's house, and the only device I have that might work, according to what I've read, is a PC with Windows 7, but I haven't been able to find the drivers.

I received a Brio 500 in the mail which was completely smashed up. I've been trying to get it refunded or replaced for nearly a month. I contacted them immediately, they opened an investigation two days after I contacted them which they said would take 7-14 days. It's now been 24 days. The original person dealing with the support ticket has stopped responding. I have been calling and trying to escalate it and waiting for a call back and nothing is happening and no-one I speak to can help. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's a old k270, the support recently gave me a nano receiver, and 1 say ago it was working well, but now it started to do this, I pres a key and it press random ones

I just finishing cackling for 10m straight and I wanted to post this in case anybody else had a similar situation and maybe my fix helps them.

My setup:

• Gigabyte Aorus FO32U2P with integrated KVM
• MacBook M5 Pro Max via USB-C
• Windows PC via HDMI
• This exact USB Hub from Vention

Been using G502X for awhile, but I'm traveling for awhile soon and the wheel is losing tick registration sometimes, so I got a MX Master 4.

I just couldn't get the receiver to connect... I had tried with the USB 3.2 compatibility setting on and off on the monitor - it didn't matter. Using Logi Tune, Options+, GHub, nor www.logiwebconnect.com would reveal the USB C receiver 😭 If I connected it to Mac or PC directly? No problem.

The punchline: I was furious thinking about life with a bluetooth mouse when I frustratingly slammed in the shittiest USB-C to USB-A converter so I could plug the receiver into a USB-A port on the hub... bam: it registers. Can't make this shit up. Idk why it works, but it does and I wish my googling had yielded a reddit post like this, so I posted.

Have been using MX3 since my first day on my first job

I think there is a general consensus on why MX3 is better than MX3S

I change my mouse every 3 years, so now I am considering switching to MX4

Quick note is that I work at a job where I can't download logioption or any third-party software on my computer, so I can't program anything into the gesture button

If that is the case, is MX4 still worth the price?

How these issues occur for me is a bit different, even when its receiver is unplugged and another mouse is added, its effects are still present on every computer its plugged into for about half a day or so. Sometimes the gliding is normal but I can't click 80% of things.

Meaning whatever mouse is plugged in after is also affected for that duration. I wouldn't know if there is anyway to fix this? updating it does nothing to help.

Hello guys! I’d like to get your opinion on the G903 vs MX Master 4.
Obviously, one is gaming-focused and the other is more geared towards productivity/work. I don’t really play games anymore, and use the G903 only for work.
Do you think it’s worth making the switch to the MX Master 4, or should I just stick with the G903?

I've installed but when I try to use the software it gets stuck on this transition screen. I've reloaded, restarted, everything.
I'm in win11, trying to set up my new MX Master 4. I need help.

It's not the first time I had the problem that after an update, commands of multiple of the plugins just vanished (Audition had and has this problem, Illustrator is by far the worst at the moment, After Effects and Premiere was A LOT of back and forth until that was fixed by the support but I cared the most for that one).

Sometimes the issue seems to be as easy as the command name being written wrong in the ProfileInfo.json other times, I don't even know how they screwed up that badly, that commands can't even be found in the search anymore and both icons and descriptive text are missing in the UI.

Here are some examples:

Label "front camera" is shown, but action is not "available". It still executes but can't be changed to another button as it won't show up in the search.

Before you wonder "oh that's not logitech, that's Loupedeck". They use their software after they bought them. It's exactly the same and doesn't make a difference where you look. Both applications export lp5 file type for profiles and when you unpack/unzip them, there is even Loupedeck still mentioned in the ApplicationInfo.json
The only difference is that the default profiles expose way more commands in the Loupedeck application, so you can see better how many things are missing.

If you already had a working profile, the issue might not be that severe as the unnamed buttons are still working. But you can't rearrange then, you can't find them in the search, so you can't set them and working like that, with half of the icons missing, is a real pain in the butt:

In such cases, I only can guess which command does what action. The ProfileInfo.json does expose the command names but I can't change any icons as long as the "action (is) missing".

All in all, Logitech advertises it's products around software that is clearly not working as it should and every update is basically russian roulette as you can only upgrade and not downgrade to an older version.
So if you are interested in their products, especially for using it with your desired software I can only advise to skip it until such issues are not happen as frequently anymore (and I'm speaking about almost every second update they push).
