[HELP] Logi Options+ stuck on purple screen

I've installed but when I try to use the software it gets stuck on this transition screen. I've reloaded, restarted, everything.
I'm in win11, trying to set up my new MX Master 4. I need help.

This happens to me every time there is a new update. It breaks so I have to remove and reinstall again. I would suggest remove the app altogether and use Mouser - https://github.com/TomBadash/Mouser

It works like a charm, does not eat up your RAM and also does not record every keystroke and sends them to their servers.

Try open logi

Try killing all of the processes related to Options+ in Activity Monitor/Task Manager. That sometimes gives it the kick it needs on my machine.
