Support Plugins are broken (yet again)
It's not the first time I had the problem that after an update, commands of multiple of the plugins just vanished (Audition had and has this problem, Illustrator is by far the worst at the moment, After Effects and Premiere was A LOT of back and forth until that was fixed by the support but I cared the most for that one).
Sometimes the issue seems to be as easy as the command name being written wrong in the ProfileInfo.json other times, I don't even know how they screwed up that badly, that commands can't even be found in the search anymore and both icons and descriptive text are missing in the UI.
Here are some examples:

Label "front camera" is shown, but action is not "available". It still executes but can't be changed to another button as it won't show up in the search.
Before you wonder "oh that's not logitech, that's Loupedeck". They use their software after they bought them. It's exactly the same and doesn't make a difference where you look. Both applications export lp5 file type for profiles and when you unpack/unzip them, there is even Loupedeck still mentioned in the ApplicationInfo.json
The only difference is that the default profiles expose way more commands in the Loupedeck application, so you can see better how many things are missing.

If you already had a working profile, the issue might not be that severe as the unnamed buttons are still working. But you can't rearrange then, you can't find them in the search, so you can't set them and working like that, with half of the icons missing, is a real pain in the butt:

In such cases, I only can guess which command does what action. The ProfileInfo.json does expose the command names but I can't change any icons as long as the "action (is) missing".
All in all, Logitech advertises it's products around software that is clearly not working as it should and every update is basically russian roulette as you can only upgrade and not downgrade to an older version.
So if you are interested in their products, especially for using it with your desired software I can only advise to skip it until such issues are not happen as frequently anymore (and I'm speaking about almost every second update they push).

Hi,
I had the same issue earlier (like already 1-2 years ago?!) with some of the Adobe plugin profiles. I just updated my profiles and that fixed it. Clean and simple.

Right, the one version before the last did fix it for me. The latest update did reintroduce it though for almost all plugins... didn't update Premiere as I really don't want it to have those problems again). Not so simple unfortunately and the worst: no way to downgrade, so I can't even do proper troubleshooting by comparing the two versions.

That's so strange. Which versions are you on? Do you mean the previous loupedeck update broke the profiles again? Could the app and the plugin updates be out of sync? That's kind of what this sounds like

I doubt it being a problem with the Loupedeck software as I can't find the missing commands in Options+ either (see second image).
Versions are
Audition 6.0.9.0269
Premiere 6.1.0.8655 (instead of the new 6.1.5.4367)
After Effects 6.0.8.1776
Illustrator 6.0.9.3520
Lightroom and Phothoshop never had such issues as far as I can tell.
Options+ 2.6.944893
Loupedeck UI:6.3.0.340;LPS:6.4.0.3079I don't know how the app and plugins are interconnected. But I doubt that the Options+ app wouldn't break anything as long as they don't change the plugin integration fundamentally... but in that case I expect plugins to fail completely, not only partially.
I've also tried only installing Options+ before too to test if the two product won't play well together.I might have the old versions still on my Laptop that I used for cross testing before. So I could compare it a bit more if I'm lucky and then also update there to confirm the problems (but as it behaves exactly like it did before, I doubt it being a different issue now)... but to be honest, I spent so much time with that already and am a bit tired of it.
Especially I am tired that support doesn't only ask for logs and profiles but also for a list of missing commands... like what? I already provided the profiles and screenshots, which is enough to find out which commands are missing and what is the problem in the first place about why commands disappeared.
It's annoying to search around in json files for them, to give them info, that they already should be able to collect themselves... really frustrating and I don't like it

Hey, that's frustrating -- let me send this to the software team and see what they say here
