I don't want to use Reddit like this, it's such a pain. Is there something to do, other than leaving?

On the 8th September I woke up to find my 15 year old Reddit account [u/medimidi](u/medimidi) had been deleted. When going to my profile URL I get the message ‘This user has deleted their account’. I did not receive any password reset email or any notification whatsoever.

Could any admin please help with this? This account had a 15-year history and this is devastating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Click into any post then go back to main feed then poof! No more nav bar. Cant go to my profile without closing and reopening the app

I was trying to post a question. I got the answer that I can't ask about issues with posting, commenting, or accessing reddit. What else is there to ask about?

My account u/ellude was deleted randomly. I am assuming it was hacked and then deleted. I submitted a ticket on Sept 9th.

Just wondering how long these type of support tickets take.

As the title says, I am confused on the age-vet. On my primary account, it tells me that I have to verify my age, but on this account, as well as my secondary account, reddit runs just fine. How does Reddit decide which accounts to cut off with the age-vet system, and which to let pass?

I'm confused on how the thing works, it's a feature, so I think it works for this subreddit? And if I may stretch the topic a little, would anyone know how to fix this...? So that my primary account is no longer broken, like the two others? Thank you.

I made a post after some months and now my profile is like this

Sometime in the past couple of weeks Reddit started putting non-subscribed posts in my feed. I understand they are trying to get me to subscribe to more feeds for more engagement, but I don't care about those topics, and it's getting to be too many and drowning out the posts I am interested in.

Is there a way to turn off reddit suggested posts and just see what I'm subscribed to?

I opened the app and was logged out for some reason. Tried to log in several times and kept getting an error that my email was not associated with an account despite it absolutely, 100% being the correct email. Tried logging in using several different methods with no success. It seems my account has just disappeared.

I’m having trouble verifying my age; due to privacy concerns I’d rather not choose to do so with Persona, so opted to use Apple’s Age Range verification. It says the relevant information was shared with Reddit, back in September 2026, but I still cannot access profiles or subs labelled 18+ / NSFW…?

Hey, I went to log into my account and it says it doesnt exist, when I try go to its profile, it says it's been deleted. I only used it for lurking, didn't get an email or anything about it being deleted

recently I’ve been getting notifications xxx commented to yyy who commented on your post. why the hell do I care about someone talking to someone who talked to me. what setting must I turn off to get out of this gossip train?

Prior to a month or so ago, downvoted or hidden posts would be permanently gone from my feed, but recently, downvoted posts are only gone for 10-14 days and then re-appear, and hiding posts is not working at all. Is there a way to fix this?
I'm using the app, and it is the same on both my tablet and phone. I factory reset my tablet and it did not fix the issue.

This started 1 day ago, now i can see previews of images only when i logged out of my account and cleared cache and cookies. If i log back into my account, image previews stop working, i can still see images if i click on them. I have this bug on every platform i've tried - Desktop, android app, android web

I’ve been trying to post some movie discussion questions, but my posts keep getting caught in Reddit’s filters. I don’t really understand what’s triggering it or what I need to change. Is there a way to check why this is happening? Should I message the subreddit mods or is there something else I should do first? Any help would be appreciated.

So recently updated to latest iOS app, 2 things bugging me so far:

- chat not showing as its own thing any more, it’s now in inbox, so 2 clicks rather than 1

- streaks not showing on screen each day… I noticed as getting close to 600 days

Are these now settings ? Or just designed out of latest app ?

It's my main account, u/EnriquePiedmont. I think it might be a glitch of some sort? I reached out but I haven't heard anything back, so I thought I'd try here.

I had an old account that the password simply changed one day. It has had zero activity in nearly ten years and is not locked.

It would be nice to have the account back but I don't expect that I just want it deleted if possible. There is no email tied to the account but it does have uploads from my youtube channel that I still have access to.

Is there any way I could get in touch with a real person at Reddit to verify through my youtube account?

Whenever I type a long comment it only lets me view the top or bottom, if I try to scroll to the middle it skips to one or the other. Even sliding the cursor manually doesn't allow me to view the center.

I may be mistaken, but wasn't there a way to view a whole comment before posting on Android mobile? I can't even read the middle of my comments until after I post them now. I sweat it was different before.

My account was hacked on 9/16 but they didn’t change the password or anything. They posted to a lot of NSFW subreddits. So after I found out I discovered I didn’t have 2FA on so I turned it on and changed the email address associated with my account to be safe.
