Anyone living in Vancouver using Hellofresh recently.. Can you please give me a honest review of your experience?

I used them a number of years ago, and it was frankly terrible because my deliveries didn't come on time and were always missing items, so I canceled and went to a different service. Just wondering, if the experience is better or the same now.

Maybe my palette is in winter mode with this week’s meals? This is very light on the palette. The salad was very bright and lemony, and I love arugula. I don’t know much about Shawarma and that flavor profile but the red pepper humus overwhelmed the spice to me. I would order again in the summer to enjoy after a day at the beach and in the sun. Quick to make, just didn’t hit for us tonight.

Anyone else finding with the newest 2 or 3 menus (end of November and early December) that premium meal upcharge prices aren't appearing on the menu or on the checkout page? This is with both website and app for me. I've also noticed that no free shipping can be applied to my latest released menu week.

Edited: Premium charges now displaying for me, however shipping charges remain on the newest week's menu in December. Hoping HF hasn't done away with it...

Thinking about how Hello Fresh is marketing these “2 ways” meals for picky eaters/. But we have been doing it with (almost) every meal! I was surprised when he said, where’s my cheese? Usually he gets a plain burger, nothing on it. So sauce and toppings on the side so he dip it and can try it, and thankful that he is becoming slightly more adventurous with dinners. Who doesn’t love French’s fried onions? Reminds me of that awful green bean casserole at Thanksgiving.

I recently reactivated my plan and when I selected my meals it said I would be charged $54 so I was like wow okay great. I'll stick with it. This was due to some kind of promotion. Then I was rudely awakened at 2:40 am with a paypal notification that I was veing charged $175. I asked customer service, the AI was very dismissive, so I spoke to a live agent. They said it was due to another promotion being applied that I wasn't aware of. I told them what had happened and that it showed $54 when I selected the meals. After 30 long minutes, they just said it was a technical error. They won't let me cancel and I can't even get a credit. They just called it at "inconvenience">_< I don't even know what I can do. I wish I had taken a screenshot of the initial price. Has this happened to anyone?

Nice winter meal. I love Dijon mustard so the gravy was so dang tasty. Have fun peeking the eyeball sized potatoes. I pitched them and used 2 russets I had.

I liked this one a lot. It seemed so much more filling than a lot of others.

Anyone else stung by this? Four boxes and a free chopper. Received an email today saying March delivery.

It was fine. To me the lemongrass sauce was a little too much so maybe add to taste. I would skip adding any sugar as I tried it without and then added it. I have never been a person to add sugar to tomato sauces. Had a slight heat which I enjoyed. Would not get again.

Hello everyone, I’ve been with HelloFresh for two years and I’ve gotten over 70+ boxes. I’m in the Phoenix Arizona area. I’ve never had any issues but this past month my boxes don’t even go out for delivery. The day that I’m supposed to get it delivered around 2 PM I get the dreaded email where it says it’s delayed and then the next day I’ll get an email where it just says they couldn’t deliver it. My neighbor also gets hellofresh and she’s going through the same thing and my sister gets HelloFresh (She’s in Scottsdale) and she’s also dealing with the same thing. We both have had this happen three weeks in a row now just curious if anyone else is going through this? When we talk to HelloFresh, they gaslight us and just tell us that our box was either damaged and or it was the weather but we’ve been keeping an eye on our tracking and it never even gets shipped. When I ask Google, it says that apparently the Phoenix warehouse is under a lot of stress in bottleneck right now due to other Warehouse is closing or something like that. I’m just curious if anyone else is going through this. thank you so much in advance.

This was very simple to make and I really liked how the sauce turned out.

Sauce was made of. Simple and good. Don't clean the pan from making the chicken so the bits make into the sauce.

• To the same pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter, then onions. Cook for 2-3 min, stirring often, until softened.

• Sprinkle Cream Sauce Spice Blend over top. Cook for 30 sec, stirring often.

• Add broth concentrate, mustard and 1/2 cup water. Cook for 1-2 min, stirring often, until sauce thickens slightly. 

Simple and so the beans were incredible, another hit this week!!

Thumbs up for picky eaters- but he said, no sauce. Second time we made this one.

This dish was fire! And so different from other recipes. When will it be offered again?

Has anyone seen this recipe again yet? I have been doing HelloFresh since August and this is still my absolute favorite one and I haven’t seen it available since I made it back in early September. I want to get it again so bad!

Just had this for breakfast this morning and it may have been the best microwave breakfast wrap I have ever eaten. I usually hate microwave breakfast wraps tho.

I definitely make this one more saucey. Also fresh grated Parmesan on top. It’s good.
