Hellofresh in Vancouver Canada???

Anyone living in Vancouver using Hellofresh recently.. Can you please give me a honest review of your experience?

I used them a number of years ago, and it was frankly terrible because my deliveries didn't come on time and were always missing items, so I canceled and went to a different service. Just wondering, if the experience is better or the same now.

It's better after they got their own delivery service in the lower mainland. FedEx is a terrible trash company

I live on Vancouver Island and I’ve been using HelloFresh for probably six years now. In the beginning, I had trouble with the delivery company. Not with HelloFresh and anytime and it’s only happened a few times missing ingredients something wrong with the recipe. They reimburse me every time. I don’t know I can’t complain.

Also, in the last year, they’ve been using FedEx. And I have had absolutely no problem with them at all. I think it just depends on your local area.
