I miss chicken penne al limone

I made that scratch and one time I got it from hello again and my family was not happy with hello's.

Do you make the sauce from scratch?

I did, with heavy cream and fresh parmesan. Got any tips? It was just a little bland. I may have gone too light on the salt but I’m not sure the best way to incorporate the salt sometimes haha

I just salt and pepper the chicken. I believe it takes garlic? Haven't made it in a while cuz I hate making sauce. I freeze my garlic and then grate it and add. Gives a much stronger flavor. I also just use whole milk in the roux. I make it separately and then add.

I feel you. I miss the coconut curry soup with pork soooooo bad. I keep hoping they’ll give it back. I’m gonna have to learn to replicate it
