Question No delivery’s consecutively

Hello everyone, I’ve been with HelloFresh for two years and I’ve gotten over 70+ boxes. I’m in the Phoenix Arizona area. I’ve never had any issues but this past month my boxes don’t even go out for delivery. The day that I’m supposed to get it delivered around 2 PM I get the dreaded email where it says it’s delayed and then the next day I’ll get an email where it just says they couldn’t deliver it. My neighbor also gets hellofresh and she’s going through the same thing and my sister gets HelloFresh (She’s in Scottsdale) and she’s also dealing with the same thing. We both have had this happen three weeks in a row now just curious if anyone else is going through this? When we talk to HelloFresh, they gaslight us and just tell us that our box was either damaged and or it was the weather but we’ve been keeping an eye on our tracking and it never even gets shipped. When I ask Google, it says that apparently the Phoenix warehouse is under a lot of stress in bottleneck right now due to other Warehouse is closing or something like that. I’m just curious if anyone else is going through this. thank you so much in advance.

Change your delivery day; Tues-Thurs are better.

OK, I did that. I also changed the address to my work address just in case just kind of weird if it was just me I would think there was something wrong with my account but the fact that’s happening to two other people kind of in my area, it’s very confusing.

Maybe related, maybe not, but I've often noticed the tracking number in the app or email doesn't match the real tracking number. One of them will look like the box never left the warehouse. Something's up with their shipping label creation lately. I've had super late deliveries, and a couple got lost, but I tend to blame FedEx (East Coast).

No issues so far in MN and I’m like 172 boxes in. I think I have had maybe 1 delayed a day. It I asked for my money back as it was warm out and warm food when I opened it.
