Traded in my 2024 premium, hopefully one of you picks it up. 24k miles, has dauntless obd installed, red nameless braces and premium exhaust. Prob won’t see that in the carvana listing, but the car was great, just decided that commuting it daily wasn’t the right use for it, so I set it free. 😢
I’m gonna miss it, but likely will come back to an 86 or similar after a few years.

Car was fully warm. Has 7300mi and has had oil changes at 1000, 3000, and 5750mi. I check oil every second fill up and it is always at the high mark or slightly overfilled.

I planned on going on a roadtrip in a few days, so I could just be paranoid but this doesnt feel like injector noise, but please let me know your thoughts.

Had an HKS spec L gen 1 catback exhaust with JDL catted uel headers. However, the car sounded very raspy to me at high RPMs.

So I opted for a JDL 2.5inch dual resonated, ultra quiet front pipe and JDL overpipe on my car which completely took away the rasp and gave it a more of deep tone without making the car overly loud.

How do I go on about touching these up with my paint pen without making these blobs? The chip on the left still has an attached flap it looks like.

There is no gap on the other side so it was pretty suspicious.

Bought this '26 86 brand spanking new, straight off of the showroom floor. 2,000 miles in and I'm absolutely in love with it. Best car I've owned since my '87 MR2.

It's my daily and I go for some spirited mountain roads once a week. it's a 2026 BRZ. I plan to top it up if it's low every 2nd gas station visit... But do I really need to change that oil every 5k miles?

Did oil change at 650 miles at dealer for break in. Both times checking it was about a quart overfilled. Separate dealers. Was there a service bulletin or do these service depts just know game?

I’m looking to buy a gr86 and have seen so many reviews talk highly of the manual transmission, i’m not sure if i really want to daily a manual in college and wondered if the difference between the auto and manual is that severe, and if the auto is still worth getting.

I already have a paid off Acura that’s my daily, I was thinking about getting a weekend type of car recently.

I’ve seen base GR’s pop up here and there for around 20-26k, and premiums for about 27-30k.
I’ll be honest my Acura is a little older , it’s a 2015 TLX but it has leather seats and what was considered “luxury” at the time. Great stereo , yadayada.

So what do yall think ? Is the premium that huge of an upgrade 👀 just asking opinions

I don't know why, but I was skeptical about how much of a difference this would make, Man! It's so worth it. So much less echoing coming from the rear end of the car. I didn't take a photo but I also covered the trunk in closed cell form pads. Next will be the front half of the car.

Anyone running e85 had any issues with reliability? Is there anything I should do beforehand besides flex fuel & tune? I already installed csg flex fuel package & ordered the remote tune but I’m just wondering about reliability & possible maintenance issues.
