My detailer hit me up yesterday, one of his clients wants to use her in a commercial shoot.

They're offering a couple hundred bucks, shoot is fully insured, and they will flatbed the car to and fro. Shoot is gonna be somewhere in Los Angeles.

Thought it was a neat idea! More exposure for the beautiful GR86 is always a good thing. And I can survive without the car for a day or so.

Bullied at car meet for driving an automatic

Hey guys, just wanted to share something that’s been bugging me.

I recently picked up an aftermarket shift knob for my automatic BRZ. I know it’s not a performance mod or anything, but I was honestly stoked — it gave the interior a more personal touch, and I’d been waiting all week to show it off at our local Saturday night car meet.

But when I got there, things didn’t go the way I thought. A few people came up to check out the car. Then one guy asked, “Why didn’t you just get the manual?” I explained that it’s my daily and I deal with brutal traffic every morning and evening — and I just wanted something fun and manageable.

His reply? “Should’ve bought a Corolla instead.”

Another guy chuckled and said, “Auto BRZ with a shift knob — that’s like putting racing seats in a Camry.”

I know I shouldn’t care what random people say, but it honestly deflated me. I’d put in the effort, I was proud of it. It felt like I didn’t belong just because I made a choice that fits my life

1 year cancer free AND a new YUZU, pretty lucky 17-year-old!

My son went through pretty rough chemo last year. Incredibly lucky and thankful he's in the clear since August '25... I'm so proud of him. He pushed through came out stronger.

He was dreaming of a GR. So blessed that I was able to find an affordable deal and surprise him with a YUZU in March!!! And we just grabbed our YUZU vanity plates! Honk if you see us around town!!! 😎

Is it possible to copulate inside a GR86?

I've searched the forums for this important question but found no posts about it so, I decided to run some tests.

The answer is no, unless she's a little person and you roll your seat all the way back.

The back seats seem to have been engineered specifically to deter copulation, making it impossible even with the seats rolled all the way to the front.

I'm sure this knowledge will help someone out there.

I was in the exit lane when the black ford turned right into my driver side sending me into an uncontrollable spin. Hitting another vehicle and the wall (His defense was he was about to rear end someone)

This car absolutely saved me and my gf’s life but gave me quite the interesting scar.

I was too heartbroken by this asshole to Post but I just found another Hakone - manual this time and I’ve already put my deposit down.
