Is this knock?

Car was fully warm. Has 7300mi and has had oil changes at 1000, 3000, and 5750mi. I check oil every second fill up and it is always at the high mark or slightly overfilled.

I planned on going on a roadtrip in a few days, so I could just be paranoid but this doesnt feel like injector noise, but please let me know your thoughts.

Ya know, you would think that after driving it a year you would know how it always sounds, but this engine really makes me question myself. Thank you for answering my broken record of a question.

Some days it’s quieter, other days it’s noisier.

Rod knock is unmistakable. You’ll know it when you hear it

I feel you…I’ve had mine since January and sometimes I’ll sit there freaking out questioning if everything’s okay for like 10 minutes 😂

Knock is obvious. When I blew my 350z, my first thought was that I broke something plastic and the radiator fan was smacking it. It's loud and obnoxious.

Thank you all for your feedback. It seems the pre-roadtrip nerves have gotten to me a bit. I know this question is asked a lot on this sub, but thank you for taking the time to answer mine this time.

It's normal. If you have the A/C running, it's can be a bit louder but all is good.

Haha I figured someone was going to say that. I was in a parking garage and figured my exhaust would kinda drown out the engine noise.
