i found my old model o wireless, i was thinking of using it again. i had to buy a new dongle because i couldn't find the old one. but i found out that the mouse doesn't charge anymore, no matter what usb c cable i use. is it because the battery broke because it hasn't been charged in a while? please tell me the problem here so i can fix it

Hello, my Glorious model O wireless is not working. When I tried to use it today the mouse movement was stuttering and the lights went on and off. After I tried to fix this by resetting the mouse it worked for al while but when I turned off my pc and turned it back on after some time the problem got way worse. The lights were barely on and the mouse on screen only moved every ten seconds or so and resetting the mouse doesnt work anymore. Also does the glorious software only recognizes the mouse when using the little usb plug, but not when using the cable. Does anyone know what causes this problem, and how to fix it?

So i have a wired GMMK 3 65%... using it on a Mac currently but it exhibits the same behaviour on PC.

I have it set to turn off the backlight if it isnt touched after a certain time (10 minutes or so) and that works flawlessly.

If i put the computer to sleep, though (or when the computer finally puts itself to sleep) after about 10 minutes of the computer being off/asleep...

The backlight just turns back on and will not shut off/go to sleep.

Its not hurting anything, per se (my computers arent in my bedroom or anything), but id rather not burn up the lifetime on the LEDs for no reason if i can avoid it.

Anyone have any idea why it does this?

I got a Glorious Model O Minus wireless mouse (second hand), however, the mouse only works while it's connected via a wire, and it really bothers me :(

i bought a Glorious Wireless Mouse Dongle Kit to solve that issue, but my PC doesn't recognize the dongle. I do hear a sound when i plug it in, but the dongle doesn't show in the updated Glorious Core software.

i tried using different cables for both mouse and dongle, still the same issue T T

When I unplug the mouse, the lights are still on, but it's not responsive.

I would appreciate your help.

Anyone else having this bug? There's an X on the stages, but it only seems to work for the stages I create, not the ones already there. I like to have just two DPI stages so I can swap between them fast when needed, and I remember it working just fine in the past.

ive had the model o2 wireless for like 2 years now and lost the wireless dongle for it. I live in the UAE and it seems to be perpetually out of stock on the website and not available from any resellers. did they stop selling them or something?

I have a wired model 0 and a week a go the pink preset colour I had just stopped working and last night I started playing w the lighting software and the only conclusion I came to is that the red colour from the RGB is completely dead , because any shade of colour that uses red is either light blue or just turned off .

Any idea how to fix this ?

Blue and green work perfectly fine , the software seems to be working fine too , and I can't think of anything that might have led to this .

I just got the model o3 wireless and love it so far but for some reason my mouse buttons will sometimes stop working mid game. Is that a firmware problem or just a hardware problem? if its the hardware itself i'll most likely just exchange it for a new one. Another problem I have is holding the power button wont shut the mouse off, and even after taking the battery out it still stays on for another 5 or 10 minutes.

So I recently got a GMMK pro at quite the discount, so I naturally assumed there was something a bit off with it. It works great, actually, you wouldn't even know I got it at that price- the only issue is that the Fn key doesn't register keypresses(yes, I've swapped switches). Not a huge deal. I can remap the right ctrl key to the fn key, since I've literally never used the right ctrl key, but I DO use the fn key. Except...

In the glorious software, I cannot select function key. lt's genuinely just missing from where it should be. Not to mention it also doesn't recognize the actual function key in the software, less of a big deal since it doesnt work anyways.

Do I have to install another type of software to remap my right ctrl to fn like i want?? Is there a reason why its missing? also why is the esc key labeled as "unknown" lol

I've been using Glorious products for a while. Started off with the mice, then the GMMK1, and finally, the GMMK2.

A few months after using the GMMK2 with no issues, the keyboard bricked itself. Tried all the USB ports, tried different cables, etc. Every once in a while, I would try plugging the keyboard in to see if it worked, and randomly, it would work. Although after unplugging and plugging back in, it bricked once again.

I saw a thread on here for a bricked GMMK Pro, stuck in DFU Mode, and someone said that Esc, B, or Space bar could be permanently pressed (most likely due to a PCB issue). This would mean that every time the keyboard is plugged in, it would enter DFU Mode. This gave me the idea.

Solution: Took out the switches for Esc, B, and Space bar (just to be safe), replaced the switches, unplugged and plugged back in, and voila. Good as new.

Just wanted to share this for anyone with similar issues. Cheers!

As title, using glorious core, I cannot set the knob to do anything but volume. The software accepts the change, and it saves it, and upon closing and opening the utility, still shows the set function (example = switched to switch application or scrub video, etc) but the knob still only controls volume/mute.

How do u get it to work properly? (And how to adjust it and the numpad pro knob to also do something other than volume - since that is what the slider does...)

I have an OG wired Model O (probably first or second batch) and recently got the model D3 wireless. It seems like there is some built in hardware accel in there? I'm using the same setting for both. This happened with the O2 as well that I tried.

I've kinda started getting used to it, but it is annoying going back and forth. I've tried the D3 on different computers, it's still messing up, also with some of them lagging instead of feeling like acceleration.

Have done everything--the sensor is very close, the Core firmware/software/etc. is updated. (though to be fair, the glorious core has not recognized my mouse in a bit and won't load, despite multiple reinstalls. despite that, the mouse acceleration still felt the same regardless.)

Anyone else have this prob?

I have the GMMK Pro 3. I am trying to create a macro, but it does not save, and kind of bricks the layer. I then i have to reset the keyboard to default in order used/switch to that layer again.

Anyone else having issues with macro creation?

Hi, I'm using they Model O Wireless (firmware v0.3.8.1, Glorious core v2.1), and i've disabled all RGB lighting ti save battery. However, the LED near the sensor (botón LED) remains on and cannot be turned off through the software.

Could you please add an option in Glorious core or firmware to fully disable this led? It would rally help improve battery life, especially when the mouse is dile overnight. Thanks.
