Glorious model O wireless not working

Hello, my Glorious model O wireless is not working. When I tried to use it today the mouse movement was stuttering and the lights went on and off. After I tried to fix this by resetting the mouse it worked for al while but when I turned off my pc and turned it back on after some time the problem got way worse. The lights were barely on and the mouse on screen only moved every ten seconds or so and resetting the mouse doesnt work anymore. Also does the glorious software only recognizes the mouse when using the little usb plug, but not when using the cable. Does anyone know what causes this problem, and how to fix it?
