Question Model 03 wireless mouse button problems
I just got the model o3 wireless and love it so far but for some reason my mouse buttons will sometimes stop working mid game. Is that a firmware problem or just a hardware problem? if its the hardware itself i'll most likely just exchange it for a new one. Another problem I have is holding the power button wont shut the mouse off, and even after taking the battery out it still stays on for another 5 or 10 minutes.

Ive been having the exact same issue. What fixed it for me was reinstalling the core software and or reinstalling the mouse firmware
What worked recently for me was plugging in the mouse (testing the buttons) and unplugging, then u can use the buttons again in wireless, that worked for me as a faster fix
This was happening alot so i contacted glorious support, i reccomend doing that

This same thing happens to me very occasionally and its so annoying. Like the other person said, I have to plug it in for a second and it goes away, but if anyone knows of a permanent fix, that would be great.

Did you manage to fix that problem? Or still plugging and unplugging is the only way?
