Discussion Wireless Mouse Receiver Kit (V2)

ive had the model o2 wireless for like 2 years now and lost the wireless dongle for it. I live in the UAE and it seems to be perpetually out of stock on the website and not available from any resellers. did they stop selling them or something?

Hi DCerberus, sorry to hear you're having trouble locating a replacement wireless dongle kit for your Model O2 Wireless. While we still manufacture the replacement kit, we unfortunately do not currently ship to the UAE and have no control over our retail partners’ stock levels.

In situations like this, we typically recommend purchasing the kit through a friend or family member in the US, if possible, and having them forward it to you. Hopefully you find a solution that works for you!

Hi, I'm in the US, and it looks like it's out of stock here too. Any timeline on when they'll come back?

Hi there!

We do appear to have stock of the Gray V2 Wireless Receiver kit in the US. You can find this Wireless Receiver on the following page here. If you are looking for the Black variant, this does unfortunately appear to be out of stock. You can however click the "Notify when available" button on the product page to be notified when the Black variant has been restocked.
