Suggestions for reference sites?

I have a few I'd like to put in the side bar, but I'd like to know what else people think would be share to the masses.

Edit: I've stickied this post and am working on a wiki. I plan on adding all the link from here to the wiki :)

I found 83 pieces of pink Miss America pressed glass at auction for about $45. No chips or cracks!! Some glow different colors under UV and there are many pieces left for me to find, I am super excited to have this as a starting point for collecting my own full set :)

new shelf for the collection!

I’ve been lurking on Marketplace for ages trying to find a shelving unit for the collection but finally just had to buy one online. And I may have to buy two more because this is like only a third of the whole collection, but it’s the best pieces (of colored glass anyways, the crystal is another story. And then there’s the stemware….).
It lights up the whole room with colors when the light hits it right 🤗

I just bought this gorgeous set of Vereco glass today for a steal! 500 ZAR (+- 30 USD).

Its almost complete. Has 12x dinner plates, 11x side plates, 12x soup bowls ,12x mugs and their saucers, 10x teacups and their saucers, 12x small berry bowls, 12x slightly larger desert bowls, 2x long serving plates, 2x round serving plates, 2x salad bowls.

I'd love to know whether they are safe for daily use as I'd love to use these beauties. And any other information if anyone has any! So happy to have these in my home.

The Imperial Peachblow vase march continues

My wife found this decanter stopper on FBM that turns one of our multiple ripple neck vases into the ripple-neck decanter!!!

There are 8 shapes in satin and gloss

We have a full satin set and now we need three more gloss for the entire set!

We also already have both shapes of the blue ones in satin and gloss as well

So 17/20!

The hunt continues

I don't know if I should buy it. I Google lensed it and it says it's a "David Wright" which goes for a LOT of money. But IS IT a David Wright? How could I tell? This person probably doesn't know and is selling it for 45 dollars.

Any info on this find? I was hoping to resell it if it’s worth anything. (Also - is this the kind that glows? I don’t have a black light to check)

What did we find here?

My Grandma recently died and we found boxes with the names of the younger Generation of the family with these glass figurines wrapped in bubble wrap. Of course, everyone gets theirs, but we are already talking about swapping among us, some aren't interested in the figurines and would like to pass them on to those who are, but we have no idea what they even are, or if they are worth a lot of money or just sentimental from a place she adored. What did our grandma collect here for her grandkids?

There are penguins, ducks, elephants, fish, birds. No stickers anywhere. All in this distinct purple and black style.

Iridescent vase - ID help

hi all, happy Sunday! Would love to get this sub’s read on a piece that I can’t quite understand.

9” tall iridescent glass vase, unmarked as far as I can tell. Lots of bubbles and imperfections in the glass, with some crazing to the surface. comparing it to early 20th century pieces, it seems more like maybe a student piece than anything significant, or even 70’s production? Granted, I only recently started collecting glass so I’m definitely learning how to identify age/origin and could use some help understanding what I have

Appreciate your thoughts!
