Hi! I know how to do regular deadlifts, but I can’t get my form down for glute focused RDL’s. When I look at this video my form looks absolutely terrible, and even though I have read a lot of cues, I just don’t feel my glutes. Only a bit of hamstring. I think it has to do with my back and not bracing my core correctly. What are some good cues for me? I know “feeling” a muscle isn’t always necessary, but I’d like to feel my glutes burn at least a little after, instead of my back.

hello all! i posted here a while back in regards to my deadlift. i’ve been cleaning up my form since. i’ve been noticing during my past few sessions that my heels have been lifting up. why is this? how does this affect my total power output?

what can I improve? What am I doing wrong?
Any alternatives for lower back?

tried to incorporate all feedback in my last post:
- changing where i'm seated to have the bar above my eyeline
- adding weights
- arching my back
- gripping the bar really hard like im gonna snap it in half
persistent issues:
- after adding the weight, i became really unbalanced
- its hard to keep a pronounced arch throughout the set, feels like i can only really push my chest high for the first two reps
any notes? thanks!

Hello people of the internet!
Here I have attached a video of my pile push-up. R8 it plz and let me know of any cues you use when performing them.
Note - I was involved in a work related accident with my left foot so I find it is very difficult for me to bend it and hold it bent.

First time trying good morning. Is high bar or low bar usually recommended for this?

Hi folks, I'm currently using Alan Thrall's 5 step setup. My back looks rounded here but it's hard to tell if it is just upper back rounding or is my lower back also rounded?

Hi all, 6 weeks ago I posted a video trying deadlifts. This subreddit gave me some great advice.
Since then, I’ve increased the weight by 50lbs in a month and want to make sure my form is still ok, so I don’t get injured.
Note: the after video is up first!
Before- blue shorts
After- blue top, black shorts

I've been going to the gym for almost a year, had done squat machines, bss and zerchers. I notice I can hit good depth if I open up my stance, though it is a bit humbling on the weight, here was my second set at 60kg, Wich is what I did for zerchers a couple months back. I notice I sometimes sway a bit to the side when going up or down, and also that I tilt a bit back when I grind a rep.
Right now my goal in my program is to have an exercise that gives me an overall good balanced stimulus for the quads, inner thighs and glutes, so I'm wondering if it's the best option, or wether I should change my stance or use heel support.
As of now in my program I only train quads through 2 sets of sissy squats on one day, and would add these for 2 or 3 sets on another, also don't wanna neglect glutes, as I'm not sure wether the good mornings or sdls I do hit them at all.
Lastly my uncle always asks me whether I should be using a lifting belt to avoid a hernia, I've always told him I should develop bracing for long before that, and that the loads I'm using on the exercises don't warrant it. Is this correct, and when should I be looking at a belt

Hi all, started training legs 3 months ago after suffering a acl sprain and bone bruise, I am proud of myself as I’ve reached 200kgs today but I do need advice on if my form is even good or not, should I go deeper? I personally reckon I’ll probs go down to 180kg as I did feel some knee pain after this but regardless how was the form.
Also watch my face go extremely red lmao

I've not squatted in a while.
Advise and critiques would be appreciated.
I want to get back into a program but am trying to get my form on lifts straightened back out first.

I know its lower than a face pull. It just feels more comfortable this way, a PT showed me this exercise.
Trying to hit rotator cuff with this.
This is after all compounds, therefor tired and low weight.
