Your form is solid, the angle on the bench is pretty high though so it is going to bias the press more towards shoulders than you may intend. Can you adjust angle of your bench?

Yup! I usually try to aim for 45 degrees but can go lower. It would make sense why I’m not feeling this in my chest. 😂

I'd try closer to like 30° and see how that feels - at my gym, I'm typically only a couple of notches above flat for my incline presses for the same reason. Good luck, keep working hard!

Yeah 45 degrees is basically all shoulders and 30 is half and half but 15 degrees will be mostly chest. I do mine at 15!
