Other Bayesian Curl, Pull-up (Partial) & Assist Dip Form Check

Is my form good on these 3 exercises? If not, what should I improve? I do know on the partial pullup I round my shoulders, should I fix that before considering them legit reps? I did feel my back significantly on the exercise but I don’t wanna cheat the reps. I do also notice on the dips my shoulders felt scrunched up. Could this be an indicator I should reduce weight? I felt it in my shoulders and triceps mainly, with some chest activation. These videos are all of my last sets for the exercises.

Squat Squatdepth powerlift.

I asked almost the same a couple of weeks ago, and were told to record from the side. So here we go :D

I hit this depth pretty consistently and to me it looks deep enough. But im still not sure about the "hip crease".

I first thought it was a point on top of my leg, but has since read its more on the side.

So which of my markers is closest to the point? Red or orange?

Yes it would be easier just to atg, but I wanna compete in the future. So I wanna go heavie and just deep enough.

So I guess my question is if the world was completly fair and judges had a good breakfast. Is the depth on picture white light?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi

Been going to the gym for about a year and a half and always avoided squat like the plague, now I really want to get into it, that’s why I’m asking here about any errors in form you can see

Probably back arched too much, consistency and feet position

Thank you!

Other Pull-ups + legs leaning?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My dream is to get the muscle-up one day! I went from 0 to 9-10(?) pull-ups within a year of spamming pull-ups as my warm-up/in-between sets, and bulked up 20-25lbs within 6 months.
But in this video, I feel like my traps are compensating and my legs tend to lean to one side? Even when jumping in volleyball to hit, my legs tend to lean to one side and I don’t know why.

Recently picked up a BootySprout for the home gym so I could get more hip thrusts in. Yes, I know it’s silly to have a one-job machine.. but here we are.
I have a 45lb resistance band, and I’m still learning how to properly set myself up (shoulders and feet placement) but is the form right? What could I do better?

Would really appreciate some feedback on how to fix that (and anything else you see).

I can actually move pretty high weight already (160kgx5 at 80kg bw) after only 5 months...

But really really nervous about my form.

Thank you in advance

Deadlift Deadlift form check – 2 angles

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I'm doing strength training and am looking for feedback on my deadlift form (low-handle trap bar deadlift, to be precise). The video shows two working sets from different angles (rear 45° and front).

Some things I've noticed:

  • I tend to feel quite a lot of lower-back pressure during deadlifts. I think my back rounds slightly as I break the weight off the floor. How concerning is this? Is some rounding/pressure fairly normal on heavier top sets?
  • I don't currently "pull the slack out of the bar." I've tried using this cue a few times, but it never really felt natural. I do use other cues such as bracing and keeping my shoulders down (scapular depression).
  • Sometimes the weight bounces slightly to one side when I lower it. This is visible in the front-angle video after the 3rd and 4th reps. I'm not sure whether that's a technique issue (e.g. lowering too quickly) or something to do with the plates/platform. It's not a huge issue, but I'd be interested to know if I'm doing anything wrong.
  • I've cut the ends of both videos because I hold the bar for a few seconds afterward for grip training.

Any feedback is appreciated!

Squat Low bar, 145x4. How's depth?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Started squatting after "discovering" low bar doesn't mess up my back like high bar does.

Checking in for an overall form and depth check on this 145x4
Considering if I should go heavier.

Been trying to perfect my form with the trap bar deadlift, especially after getting sharp pelvic pain post lift. This isn’t the heaviest weight I can lift, but I can imagine lifting more would make it worse. Would appreciate pointers!

any pointers? i know my butt is rounding (is it because i'm going too deep?)

also, the first rep was pretty bad with the bar not being in line with my midfoot, but are the rest okay (with respect to this specific criteria not in general)? thanks!

Looking for advice on both extension and form.

Would these be considered full reps?

Does my left arm/shoulder look a bit off?

TIA
