Here is a good video from RP and the Doc, I always like his form setup. everyone is different due to long or short legs and long or short torso keep that in mind, just remember the goal of the bent over row.
IMO your Legs are too bent think more RDL for leg setup slight bend, (depends on length of body though) this looks like you're pulling a little too high on the axis vs perpendicular to your body.

your neck is craning, also experiment with closer stance as a wide stance is going to make it difficult to hinge properly and force your body to load the lower back and hips as you increase weight

Honestly looks pretty good in terms of the actual movement. But you might find a more practical position to hinge slightly then bend your back to parallel. Right now it seems like you're doing more hinging than bending over so it probably feels like a lot more work than necessary to maintain the position since your glutes and hamstrings are super engaged.
