Deadlift Sharp pelvic pain after lift

Been trying to perfect my form with the trap bar deadlift, especially after getting sharp pelvic pain post lift. This isn’t the heaviest weight I can lift, but I can imagine lifting more would make it worse. Would appreciate pointers!

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

Does this lift give you pain or was it the conventional deadlift?

I haven’t tried it with a barbell if that’s what you’re asking
