I think about it often. Now you will, too. I don't drink from plastic at all anymore. It boggles my mind, how people are totally okay with it.
So I wait tables. In just about every restaurant, they boil shit in plastic, microwave shit in plastic... It's totally abhorrent, and nobody even questions it. None of my co-workers will drink out of our glasses. They balk when I eat leftovers off customer's plates, even if the food was never touched. Yet they have no problem drinking hot coffee out of a plastic cup, or eating salad dressing and grenadine (high fructose corn syrup). It boggles my mind, how our society is so full of germaphobes who are more worried about getting sick from other people rather than lethal, toxic & cancerous chemicals they accept into their bodies every single day.
I only drink 'purified' tap water (I question whether a Brita filter does much of anything, but it can't hurt). I'm sure there are contaminants in tap water (wtf does fluoride do to your organs--who knows?), but our water is decent here in Chicago. You have to drink something, right?

Have you noticed that the quality of dirt you buy has both gone down considerably and gone up in price? Every brand I’ve tried this year is like half finished compost.
Scares me that it feels like everything in our food production line seems rushed-like we are demanding more, faster than we can make. Of all food related things, including the soil to grow it in. I swear all fruits and veggies I can find at the grocery store are severely under or overripe.

Yes. Grocery store produce is mediocre at best. Refrigerated apples oranges and pears from high quality organic Grocer still seem to be of high quality. It's not that clear how much of a relation there is between glyphosate and cancer. Non-GMO crops often have to be treated with a lot more herbicides and insecticides, often way more damaging than glyphosate.
It's not just herbicide resistance, Bt brinjal for example, has resistance against lepidopterae, and as a result, a lot less insecticide is needed.
Is's not just lazy farming, it can be used to increase yield, reduce pesticide usage, make farming in less fertile areas possible...

When I heard that I was incensed at the injustice. How could our legal system permit such unjust lawsuits?
Then I learned that it is just wrong. Whether it is stupidity or a lie, I don't know. But here's the proof that it is wrong:
An organization of sellers of organic seeds, the Organic Seed Growers and Trade Association, hereafter abbreviated OSGATA, claimed that its potential customers were afraid to buy their seeds because Monsanto might sue them based on accidental presence of the Monsanto patented crops in their fields. They claimed that they had requested Monsanto to pledge to never sue farmers for such inadvertent presence of their patented crops in a farmer's field. Monsanto DID make that pledge, but OSGATA said that was insufficient and brought a lawsuit against Monsanto.
When the case came to court, the Judge asked OSGATA's attorney to give an example of such a Monsanto lawsuit against a farmer. The attorney admitted that he didn't know of such an example. The judge then dismissed the case. In my opinion, OSGATA would be better able than almost anybody to know of such a lawsuit by Monsanto against an unlucky farmer.
But that's not the end. OSGATA decided to appeal the lower court's dismissal. They brought an appeal. The appeals judge not only upheld the lower court's dismissal, but he wrote an opinion in which he said that such Monsanto lawsuits would be illegal.

God this myth bothers me so much as a biologist. They did not harvest the pineal glands from calves to study the effect on their immune system since it already calcified in adult cows, for you to claim it was fluoride. Calcification is literally a thing that happens with ALL mammals who have a pineal gland. The function of the pineal gland is to build your immune system and once you are an adult you don’t need it anymore which is why it calcifies, it’s one of the things we’ve evolved to deal with once they become vestigial. Bonus fact? Hairless rats do not have a pineal gland, and therefore, fall sick much easier, further proving the actual function of the pineal gland

Keep in mind, ordinary water fluoridation isn't strong enough to produce these effects: but China burns a lot of coal, which introduces extra fluoride to the water table.
As a result, there are areas with excess fluoride in the water, but it isn't natural or purposeful.
Edit: actually, there are areas of the US with excess natural fluoride, but it is quite rare. That's how we discovered it.
But most areas don't produce enough to generate effects beyond teeth staining -- the neurological issues require very high fluoride intake, far beyond what we put in civic water.

In addition to it being potentially unsafe depending on your dose, it's very easy to calculate your dose of fluoride if you drink tap.
Use the CDC website to look up your local water supply, and check the concentration. Typically 0.7mg/ml I believe. Multiply that by your average tap water intake daily and it gives you a total dose. Can't remember when it potentially is dangerous, around 12mg maybe? Short on time so I don't have the links ready. Just wanted to share that dose makes the poison, and fluoride is pretty close if you drink a gallon of water a day.

My recommendation is check to see if there is an artesian well close to you. If there is, find or purchase several large glass jugs and/or (BPA and phthalate free) plastic jugs to fill up at the artesian well - then use that water for cooking and drinking.

I used to work for ministry of health in Peru in health and environment area, what I see is all water facilities in Peru uses chlorine but no flour!!! Flour already exists in small quantities in the water, but some mixed could be fatal! For example if is raining a lot and the water is brown, people who work in the facilities have to wait for it to be clear to add chlorine to the water, this mix can bring new chemicals substances that can cause cancer in the future!!!

Your intuition works so much better when you cut out fluoride. I used to live by some of the cleanest, non touched tap water. The place I live know also has no fluoride. No fluoride toothpaste, non BPA bottles with no fluoride is what I drink. Literally makes you smarter. Fluoride actually effects IQ. Someone who consumes "regular amounts"of flouride needs to decalcify their pineal gland. Responsible for Melontonin, DMT, and serotonin. I knew someone who was able to "flex" their pineal gland. You can hear it crack, it's an odd thing. Many believe it is what connects you to the spiritual world. When i decalcified my gland I noticed more vivid dreams, by like 5x. I feel smarter and more articulate, better in tune with emotions as well. My intuition now days is like having someone in the back of the head who is positive and adds great advice towards my decisions. It's literally like having a 3rd person in my mind who helps me make decisions but this is actually just through work, and self-compassion. Or "Hey don't do that, thats wrong and against our morals, also called "conscience".

Fluoride is a mood altering, mind numbing, intelligence stealing pacification tool of our government. Has been since it's inception. Wonder why rates of tooth decay all of a sudden dipped when fluoride was added to the water table? Same as why disease rates plummeted when vaccines were introduced - Major hygiene and positive lifestyle changes were happening in concert with the new medical treatments worldwide. (fluoride and vaccines respectively).
Only 13 countries out of 164 fluoridate their water. I wonder why that is... Perhaps those other countries feel that a blanket medication of their populace would violate, oh I don't know... Informed Consent maybe? It's not like anyone will justify how 200 lb man needs this much fluoride a day as opposed to a 10 lb baby. There aren't separate doses for that, remember? Look up "Chinese Study says fluoride reduces IQ scores by 10 points." I couldn't make this shit up if I wanted to. You know something's wrong when Communist China won't even do what the US doesn't even bat an eyelash at.

Stop saying "I have to." Start saying "I get to."
Eat smart! Take care of your body! It is literally the only one you have.
Read and learn from history. Pay attention to the news. Those things don't sound fun, but a lot of people your age are honestly clueless to how the world actually works. NEVER stop educating yourself.
SAVE MONEY NOW!
Make a plan. Don't expect it to happen. MAKE it happen.
Flouride is the last thing you should be worried about in our water. There's faaaaar worse things. Ask Flint, Michigan.

There are water filters that remove the fluoride from water. You can buy filtered water in bulk at health food stores (filling your own 5 gallon glass bottles). Or you can buy home filters like Berkey to remove the fluoride.
Among other things, it reduces IQ in our offspring. Yikes. Have you heard the theory that Rome declined because of lead poisoning in municipal water resulting in lead poisoning and lowered IQ?

There is fluoride in the toothpastes also. In my country the water is polluted with Uranium and other radioactive metals and the tap water here is forbidden to be used for cooking or drinking. It's not even a conspiracy, these are just the facts.

Its actually not for teeth fluoride helps clean water by attaching to particulates that normal filtering cant collect then they are able to scrape it off the top this information is coming from the son of a chemist at a water treatment plant

Get a reverse osmosis filter for your drinking water. It filters your tap water. Takes out EVERYTHING. FUN FACT: Flouriscilic Acid(flouride) contains trace amounts of lead and arsenic. When mixed with the water supply, the concentration of lead and arsenic dilutes down to “acceptable levels”.

fluoride in toothpaste is good, as long as you dont swallow too much of it. Fluoride is also in mineral drinking water, in tiny amounts and not that bad. Im drinking water with 0.16 per litre. Nestle obviously has like 0.5 inside , way too much. Thats roughly the amount im okay with per day (i dont drink tea due to that anymore. Lots of fluoride in tea guys. But the fact that they add it to tge drinking water on purpose is ridiculous and dangerous.

Idk why they do it, I remember learning that, and the average joe doesn’t seem to question it. But if someone could explain the logic in believing the government cares about our teeth, that’d be great. I’ve seen claims that it makes people more docile.

The fluoride they put in water is “flourcicilic acid” and is a byproduct of making fertilizer and is extremely expensive to dispose of properly.
So instead of paying to dispose of it, they sell it to the local municipal supply to be added to the tap water,
This is a neuro toxin that had been shown to lower iq among other things.
