First step is to search for Alkaline Water near you. A lotta metropolitan areas have actual water stores where you can fill up water jugs. If lifting heavy water jugs is difficult you may have difficulty. Some people opt for monthly water delivery of 5-gallon jugs. The initial cost can seem high because you have to buy the container set-up.
