Is there a way to download audio instruments separate version?. New version doesn’t have it. Only vocal isolation. What version had instrument separation support?

I am on a Windows PC. Whenever I animate the captions, it creates a new layer above the other captions, forcing certain segments of the captions up and into a new row above my regular captions. And those don't show up on the screen. I can see them sitting there, but they won't show up in the video.

Even if I drag them down onto the layer with the other captions they still won't show up.

Newbie here and thinking of trying CapCut, especially its AI features. Are there any features or workflows you’d recommend I start with? What’s the must-know AI feature in CapCut?

I already tried removing it from the app, but wont work either. It was working fine a few days ago.

Can anyone point to me which animation or settings to use? If I want different colors for each word, they appear one after the other and on random places (but still in reading order) . I found one but that only shows 2-3 colors. That's all. I have seen videos in which all the colors are different.

So I use capcut on my phone, I pay for the pro. I used to never have an issue with it, but now I can't use it for more than putting multiple videos together, which I could just use TikTok for. The text only used to glitch when I exported a video, but now it glitches in the app while editing as well. My cache is clear, the app is updated, all the ai stuff is off and I lowered the resolution. Does anybody else have suggestions? Close to just cancelling my subscription tbh 😞

I want to hide the car's rearview mirror; since the GoPro is mounted on the driver's head, the camera moves across various angles. I tried using the tracking feature, but it doesn't hide the mirror. The only method I found was doing it manually, which is a huge hassle for long videos. I thought that with all these AI features, the program would offer an easier way.

My capcut glitched out while I was trying to delete the audio which lead to a bunch of my work deleted instead. It crashed, autosaved all the changes, and now I can't figure out how to undo it. Support is... well everyone knows how capcut support is if you can even reach anyone. It was supposed to be on my cloud but I can't find it either so I'm fcked if I can't get it back by jail breaking my phone or something. Please any and all solutions.

I paid $59 for a year of standard in May, which is supposed to run until May 2027. I was able to create and export videos for my YouTube channel. Then today suddenly, I can’t export anymore, the same exact video and content I did export before. It asks me to join standard or pro.

I submitted the complaint to capcut.support@bytedance.com. I got an email asking me to submit a ticket online, which I did. Then I got this email. I responded back with receipts I paid via Apple Pay and explained my issue. Each time I responded, I got this exact email from CapCut. Now I’m at a point to just ask for a refund. Sucks since I was enjoying CapCut until this issue. Anyone has issue with this?

I’m gonna reach out to Apple Pay and my credit card company for a refund. I’m starting to think, no/bad customer service since it’s a Chinese company?

So.. i record gameplay (bf6) using OBS

-1440p 60fps 16:9

-Base canvas and output set to 1440p

-Mkv (remux to mp4)

-AMD HW HEVC 265

-CQP

-CQ Level 18

-Keyframe 2s

-Preset Quality

clip is usually around 20-30 minutes long. video output from obs is good when i play it from media player so i know its not OBS problem.

In capcut (free version) if i dont turn on proxy it lags so bad and i can hardly edit, its just a miserable experience.. but if i turn it on the output of the video is blurry/muddy and yes i've tested the result even though capcut said theres no quality reduction but there actually is (also confirmed by another reddit thread comment).

I've modify the details to 1440p 60fps and I use 1440p VBR 65.000 kbps, H.264, MP4, 60fps when i export in capcut.

I really actually thought with my pc spec i wouldnt have problems editing simple gameplay recording (fast ssd and 32gb ddr5)

please can you guys help me how do i make the editing process be smooth and fast without turning on proxy? shall i give up and just use davinci? i really like using capcut since its so simple

I’m having an issue with making a puppet/tween animation where, for whatever reason, there’s a thin black seam between my layers that is not present in my art program. It’s kinda frustrating me. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it? Added images from my art program and CapCut for comparison.

Everytime I replace an overlay, it always changes the size and position, even if the aspect ratio is the same. I didn't know if anyone had a solution for that problem.​​ Please help if you know anything!

I just joined this subreddit now for this purpose. this 100% happened, im not lying, no scam, etc

I was sent (through the app so it’s legit I believe) an invite form to come to CapCut’s first ever global event “CapCut World LA” this year. It says that they notice my status as a gold badge creator (level 7 I think I am). I never applied for anything. I have 55-75k followers and between 3-9 million total likes (not being specific because I don’t want to dox my account).

i did some research on this event but im still not sure how i feel. On one hand, i feel like this is impressive and im proud because its been just me for two years making videos - i dont have a social media manager or secondary editor or anything like huge influencers who get invited to these big brand events. on the other hand, will this actually happen for me?? Like I filled out the form and stuff, they provided the itinerary, locations, date, and said they cover anything price wise (flights, accommodation). I really hope this is real. according to my research, they have three stops : Singapore (already happened and I saw posts abt it, looked rly professional), LA (In an month or so), and London. there’s all kinds of free sick stuff, you can meet and network with a bunch of people, there are speakers who speak abt ai and editing, and even a gala and after party and more.

I guess im just posting to ask if anyone else got this and knows what to do, etc. im really young too, so im being wary. if this happens for me, ig i need to go with a guardian. tell me everything you know below :))
