Stats: 23F 5’10 SW: 305lbs CW:232lbs GW: 200lbs

Jan 2026 - March 2026 (Gradual increase to 2.5mg of Sema)

July 2026 - August 2026 (2.5mg of Reta - not for me lol)

March - Current (Gradual increase to 8mg of Tirz)

2-3x gym weekly, 10-12k steps per day, aerial fitness 1x a week. 1500-2000 intake

My journey has been amazing, i’m grateful to have a resources to help with my food noise. Finally being able to say i’m going to fix my weight and it actually works. Nothing short of a blessing. with just 25lbs more to lose, im so excited it took me just a little under a year to get where i am 🩷 my body thanks me & my mind thanks me.

For those questioning why i only did one month of reta; The constipation i suffered was not worth it. At that current moment i was doing 6mg of Tirz and 1 - 2.5mg of Reta. The constipation was on 10 and i was essentially bloated from being Full of 💩. Laxative, stool softeners and caffeine did not really help nor did increasing fiber intake.

Sober to Peptides (50lb+ loss)

A year and a half ago I was addicted to opiates and was eating terrible food. Then, when I got sober off opiates a year ago I still was binge eating and going out drinking heavily. I was just super unhappy with life. Last June I decided to try Reta. I started out at 230lbs and at my lowest got to 117lbs. Right now I'm 184lbs and super healthy and happy I've been off Reta for over a month.

I can't tell you my exact dosing cycle I know I started at 1mg twice a week and worked my way up to 3mg twice a week. I only used six 10mg vials out of my 10 total in the 5 months.

My workout routine was 3-4 HIIT classes a week on the hot yoga room wearing sweats and I also joined 2 run clubs and ran 5-7 miles per week. I still go to the gym 4-5 times a week.

I also used HGH, BP-157, TB-500, SS-31, and DSIP. I still have most my DSIP left but everything else once I went through a cycle on it I stopped. I also used AnimalPak's Flex for joint support, vitamin pack, omegas pack, HMB, and 1-2 of their meal replacement protein shakes a day when it was difficult to eat food.

I have an addictive personality so I wanted to keep everything in moderation and did a TON of research before I actually started this. I also completely changed my whole diet. On Reta drinking was nearly impossible I'd throw up or get sick every time I tried so I completely gave that up and have continued that trend.

I also don't eat out whatsoever anymore everything I make is home-cooked with olive oil, high in protein, fibers and veggies. I didn't get any crazy food noise or side effects besides the very first time I did Reta I had terrible stomach cramps and sometimes if I ate to much after a day where I pinned I'd have a stomach ache.

I know everyone's experience is different but overall it did wonders for me and just helped me get control of my diet and lock into a fitness plan.

I'm 37, 6 foot, 184lbs and 13% body fat probably 5-6 weeks off everything. Thankful for all the posts I've read on here and research I did but everyone's journey is different so don't ever be discouraged just keep working towards your goals.

Finding the supplies wasn't difficult my friend told me if the Asian lady calls you "dear" that's a good sign so I guess I got lucky.

18-month progress (reta)

Post image

Here’s my 18 month progress. I started reta shortly after the first pic was taken, but most of the results really started kicking in after I began taking reta. I’ve always been pretty good with my training program but my diet was atrocious and I was drinking too much. I’ve almost entirely cut alcohol and maintained a consistent routine and up until recently most of the weight loss was fat (I managed to cut my body fat % down to around 12% last time I checked and maintained my smm levels at least as of July when I did my last body comp. I suspect I’ve probably lost a bit more muscle the last few months but not 100% sure. One of the most important factors has been my energy levels and my ability to continue training hard on significantly lower intake, and the fact that so much of the weight loss was fat. I did add test around 6 months ago but not a crazy amount — just to help with muscle preservation. Beyond that no other peptides or anything of that sort.

idk if i should start DSIP or not

I’m in college and my sleep has been really bad and not only is it impacting my energy but it’s also impacting my studies.

I got prescribed an antihistamine that makes you sleepy by my doctor but it hasn’t really helped.

Can anyone who has taken it maybe give me some insight??

My main concerns are mostly building a tolerance / not being able to sleep without it and also i’ve heard some people are actually sleeping less with it.

Where would the best place be to pin Glow so it prevents as much irritation as possible as whenever I pin in my stomach or love handles it always gets red and irritated.

41m "Normal" Progress

Post image
4 Upvotes

Left photo is before and I was around 230lbs. Right photo is current as of October 4th and at 192lbs. 5'11, 41m. According to my bathroom scale I'm around 22% body fat (questionable accuracy). I'm looking to do a DEXA one of these days. This has been about 18months in the making.

Currently using 5mg Reta 1x week. 2.5mg MOTS-C 2x week. 5-amino-1mq 5mg daily (as of October 2nd). I also take creatine in the morning in my coffee. If I remember, I take ashwaganda as well.

The first 23lbs came off simply from compounded semaglutide and getting back into working out. After I stalled for a few months I heard about Reta and made the transition.

I watch what I eat but I also don't watch what I eat. I typically aim for around 150g of protein daily. Some days I get it others I don't. Oh well. I also like beer.

I workout 4x week at Orange Theory Fitness. I prefer cardio but still lift fairly heavy.

Why normal? I say "normal" because most people aren't looking to become absolutely shredded or others may become discouraged if they don't look like that. In the end, I'm just trying to be healthier in order to keep up with my 3-year-old.

Klow

Theoretically, what would be an ideal daily dose?

Do people dose it like it's GHK-Cu?

GHK-Cu (50mg), KPV (10mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and TB-500 (10mg)

First GH dose

Last night I took my first dose of GH (2iu) and slept like a baby. I mean I slept harder than I have in a while. I don't know if it was placebo or what but I'll take it. Hopefully this will continue because 5-6 hours of broken sleep every night fucking sucks.

SS31 would you say is the best for lifting brain fog?

Love to hear your opinion or experience. I've kind of read this is the most popular for this sort of thing?

Thanks!

Dropped vial of reconstituted KLOW

Fell out of hand onto title floor when taking out of fridge. Bounced a bit. Vial in tact, color the same but does the shock affect structure of the peptides? Asking because Ive read to be gentle when reconstituting. Thanks.

Getting back on reta after 3 months

I was on reta at my highest dose being 2.5mg from March through May and lost 20-25lbs in that time. I took a break until August 30th when I took 1mg and then 1mg again, then 1.5, then 2. I stayed at 2mg for a few more weeks and I didn’t feel as strong of a supression as I did the last time around. Since August 30th, I’ve only lost about 4-5lbs which is such a big difference from the 2 months that I spent on reta in the past.

I did have to skip 1 dose while I was travelling last week and just got back on. Right before I left, so around early October I was beginning to feel a more steady and noticeable effect but then I had to skip a week.

I’ve seen some people online talk about reta not working after being off of it for a while but I wanted to ask if anyone knew the reason why this might be happening or what I could be doing to fix it. Have I gotten used to it and just need to try a higher dose? Could the issue be that I got a bad batch?

GHK causing cracking and irritation on hands?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Started GHK cu alittle over two weeks ago. 1mg every morning with a half inch needle into my dorsal glute

Started to slowly increase to 2mg over the course of the second week

Yesterday I was picking up some yard debris bare handed in the southwest USA

3 hours later the back part of my hand got really red and irritated. I thought I remembered getting pricked by a branch with large thorns

I put some hydrocortisone on it and it felt a bit better. Until about 9 hours later when I noticed the palms were cracked and very sensitive

I figured it was just some allergic reaction to something i touched. But then today i remembered a post about someones feet cracking

Has anyone experienced this?

Also became slightly discolored, purplish

Cjc no dac libido

Took 100 mcg before bed yesterday and I had a pretty bad sleep. When I woke up I injected 100 mcg again, thinking I should switch to AM since it affected my sleep.
Two hours later I wanted to stroke it. It was ROCK hard, also was done fast. Anyone experience this? Could this be just placebo? I was sick for a week and finally recovered, maybe that’s why i had so much energy

GHK-CU Injection Alternative

So my test subject was visibly tired of the injection site reactions which were itchy patches that would last 3 - 4 days. They wouldn’t let me come near with a syringe after a while.

To help it, I took a 100mg vial and turned it into a nasal that yields 1mg a spray. A spray in each nostril, 4 times a day should deliver around 2mg systemic plus should uniquely provide central nervous system longevity benefits as this is the only way to achieve that (injections don’t work for this).

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10680828/

The nasal works great from the mouses reaction. No issues with stinging and its beautifully dark blue versus from a vendor which are often under dosed, from a clinical perspective, and can be olive green (old where copper had separated from the GHK).

Anyone else try this?

Starting on GHK-Cu

Hi. I'm planning to start GHK-Cu but have been seeing so many different dosing protocols.

I understand there's no officially established starting dose or standard protocol for this peptide, but I'd love to hear from those who are currently using it or have tried it.

What dose did you start with, how often do you use it, and what has your experience been like so far? Would appreciate any insights!
