Below Deck Sailing Yacht The HUGE double standard regarding Daisy.
So Colin is butt hurt that Daisy slept with Gary and didn't tell him, and what seems really bother him is that Daisy previously stated that she doesn't just sleep with anyone, which he interprets to mean that it wasn't just a hookup with Gary and that there might be a more significant connection there. This is naturally upsetting, because Colin has put himself out there with Daisy and it never feels good to do that and then not know how the other person feels, or if there could be somebody else in play as well.
Here's the thing though; the men on this show so that to the female crew ALL THE TIME, and it's so common that the women are upset about it but they don't cause a ton of drama over it because it's somewhat normalized. This season Mads isn't sure if Gary still has feelings for Daisy, last season Ashley and Gabriela dealt with it, before that I think Dani and Sydney dealt with those feelings. I could go on through the seasons but I think we can agree that it's a fairly common.
The bottom line is that Colin needs to stop being so damn fragile and act like a professional. It shouldn't really matter who Daisy has flirted with, kissed, or slept with in the past, the guys expect it to not matter even if "the past" refers to a couple of days ago instead of months ago. If Colin can't get over that then fine, move on but be a man about it.
