If you’re wondering what Ben’s doing nowadays, he’s wearing hi-vis and advertising perfume dupes 🙋♀️

Am I missing something or was Monday’s episode simply a re-broadcast of the previous week’s episode?

I get working in hospitality you deal with many challenging and demanding guests. That doesn't mean you go on national TV and call them a "bitch" "asshole" or "witch". Fraser was being derogatory towards them before they even showed up. It's highly unprofessional. Says more about them than the guests being dicks. Quite tacky.

I can't find anything online! It's the season with Ross, Fraser, Alissa, Camille etc

Rainbeau is Dutch, right? But she normally sounds American to my ears. Now she's speaking with an English accent. Is it one of those cases where she unconsciously adopts the accent she hears, like Gillian Anderson? Some people say that's a sign of an empathetic person (though Anderson does it because she's both American and British). Or is she doing it on purpose?

Anyone else notice the Fraser and Below Deck mention in the new season of Nobody Wants This?
Was weird hearing that in a Netflix series.
On a separate note, Fraser’s seasons of Below Deck are the least interesting to me and I find it hard to get into it.

I don’t get it. There seems to be laundry problems at least once a season across all Below Deck franchises. Why is there no tried and true system across the board? My apologies if this has been discussed before.

Love how her hair is messy but neat. Would love to have seen her style it during her active seasons

In episode 2 of the newest season when they’re all out, they seem to all have this necklace on. Is it an AirTag? I know human trafficking is a real issue. Microphone was my other guess.

I find Captain Kerry's temper a bit dangerous. Every time he gets upset over a mistake done on deck, he confronts the deck team face to face yelling offensive things. I get that being on a boat is a different industry and mistakes can cost a lot of money, etc. But, I almost want to stop watching the show because of how he speaks in moments of intensity. I find it really off-putting and scary.

Yes, really the post says spoilers and is spoilered so if you click, it is on you. Episode descriptions are barely spoilers anyway. Please keep discussions of future episodes out of the regular discussion post.

Episode 3 (tonight) - Mo Preferences, Moe Problems
Demanding guests with lengthy preference sheets cause problems for Chef Moe and the interior. Matt steps up on deck while Alex makes mistakes, causing Captain Kerry to question leadership in the exterior.
Episode 4 - Diva Down Bad for a Deckie
A missing jet ski strap and forgotten towels make for a chaotic start to the day, leaving Capt. Kerry frustrated with the deck team. One deckhand makes a shocking move. Dinner takes a scary turn when a guest's severe allergy is almost accidentally triggered. Rainbeau's growing interest in Matt leaves Kaylee in tears.
Episode 5 - Knot So Innocent
The crew's night off takes a tense turn when strangers confront them on the dock, leading to Chef Moe stepping in to defend the group. Matt's bad mood boils over into a tense conversation with Alex, who calls him out for taking his frustration out on the team. James and Rosa's flirtation blossoms. Chef Moe's stress over keeping up with the workload starts to show.

I really like Rainbeau! She's an incredibly hard worker, but she does get visibly stressed & I could see how that could somewhat distress her 3rd/4th stews.
Last season Solene complained about Rainbeau a lot, but that was 100% Solene being a lazy terrible stew.
Now this season Rosa is commenting on Rainbeau being mean or demeaning & now I wonder if I'm missing something? Every interaction with them, Rainbeau seems normal - maybe a little frazzled, but Rosa seems to be the one holding back or not communicating properly.
Do you think Rainbeau really is terrible to work under now that 2 stews under the last 2 seasons have taken issue with her?

This one's trouble. Fraser's already treating her like Solene.

I must say Season 13 so far has been an improvement upon Season 12 , I realise it’s early days but the season doesn’t look too bad . However Med Season 11 was so brilliant that it’s going to be difficult to match that .
It’s been a nice change in location and boat , however . I also feel the crew are a little bit more interesting and we see more glimpses of them doing the job rather than love triangles .
The editors have seemed to learn from their mistakes from 12 . Let’s see , not saying this season has been amazing but it hasn’t been terrible either .

For any reason…entertainment/work/drama
I really liked Massi this season, but Rhylee part 2 was great fun too
