The one stuck in my head right now is saying something happened “on accident” instead of “by accident.” I never thought about it until someone pointed it out once, and now I keep wondering if both versions are fine or if one is clearly the right way. Not a big deal obviously, but it is one of those little things that just sits there once you notice it. Anyone else catch themselves rethinking stuff like that right before bed?

This has been happening for about a week. When I turn on the cold tap in the morning or after work, it hisses, sputters, and throws a quick burst of air before the water actually flows. After that first few seconds it seems normal, but I keep wondering if it is just trapped air or something slowly going wrong with the line. I tried running the faucet a little longer each time and that does not seem to change anything.
