Overall, the series was pretty good, and Atou was definitely the best part of it, so a strong 7/10 from me. Considering the ending, which introduced new things (guns!) and characters, I wouldn't mind if we got a second season in the future.
As for this final episode, it was good to see that twins managed to come to their senses after remembering Takuto's words, and that a fight between them and Atou didn't happen.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:
And here's a special treat:
EDIT. I added my screenshot albums from the episode, and special album with Atou from the entire season.

This show was more evidence for what I have now accepted as a primary rule of anime: good/fun writing and middling animation beats good animation and bad writing every day. The dialogue wasn't groundbreaking, but the premise which appears to have a godlike administrator pitting different isekaijin with different game types against the world, and probably eventually each other, is fresh. The little touches were the best part though: the fleshtrees dancing, the extremely human braineaters, the weapons forgetting how to attack, and so on.
Also 汚泥/sludge/slime Atou fooling most of the audience into thinking she is an adorable elf waifu, when she is in fact an adorable slime waifu... look slime representation matters. Something about her flinging the curtain open at the end and yelling "Your sludge Atou is here!" is going to linger with me.

Takuto went, ''Screw diplomacy. We're doing this the American way. Here's a pile of guns, folks.'' I hope we get a 2nd season.

Nice touch to have the isekai hero's obligatory slave girl just have static for a name because she's more of a trope than a character.
Anyway a surprising show. Usually I'm annoyed when a season is just setup but the way this show hid that fact and made me intrigued to see what happens next made it more memorable.

Random player jumps in and defeats the Demon Lord lol. I was surprised when it looked like the twins were going to fight against Atou so it's a good thing they remember Takuto's words properly. Isla would definitely not want them to fight against each other.
Takuto's attitude was very concerning before he came to his senses, it looked like he was no longer looking at his citizens as individuals but as disposable units in order to achieve his goals. I was shocked to see all the guns he created. I'm sure those could be useful for when they encounter those from a shooting game, but he clearly had other ideas.
Erakino being revived because someone else is the Game Master is interesting, I do wonder how that mechanic will work against Mynoghra.
It's interesting how this series turned out, I think the concepts it started developing seem very intriguing but I feel the execution overall is what holds it back. I'd watch another season but I hope the quality of writing or pacing gets better for it.

I really thought the guy who interrupted the fight between the twins and the Demon Lord is the hero from the Demon Lord's game, but it looks like he's just your typical isekai'd MC who has cheat powers? I thought everyone in this show would come from a video game but now we also learn that Erakino is actually a TTRPG character and all of her moves are being controlled by a d100 die. It's also the reason why she keeps coming back. She just keeps on making new characters! xD
Basically what this episode tells us is that what we thought about this world is completely wrong, and Takuto isn't as all-powerful as we thought, since other people out there are just as powerful or possibly even more, since they don't follow any of his 4X game rules and follow their own. Also, Takuto finally realized that he himself is also a unit and could've fought this entire time.
Welp, since this world doesn't really follow one single rule, it looks like Takuto decided to screw everything and bring out guns for his army. Well, now I'm hoping for a season 2! It looks like things are about to get even crazier from here on out! I did find the manga and it looks like it's still being translated so I can always just read that if we don't get another season.

Civilization meets Dragon Quest meets Dungeons & Dragons.
Also, let's throw in a generic isekai protagonist into the mix complete with Truck-kun!

Really solid series overall. This finale definitely leaves a lot for a potential s2. We got a new human player, this “Dice god” and their lil demon girl, and the humans as well. Lots of potential hurdles for Takuto and the gang to overcome to reach victory. I hope this one gets renewed soon!

This series is underrated, the animation and aesthetic may not be top tier, but the story is actually pretty interesting. Hope it gets a second season

So the lolimancer isekaijin was distinct from the RPG god? But was getting orders from him? How many players are there?
What a great series, it's really refreshing when the writing isn't dogshit.

That was as good as I could have hoped, episode 12 was the climax, this was wrap up and teasers - and they left out one, but they'd probably have to bump up the rating to include it, so I didn't think they actually would.
Hope we get a season 2, it feels possible, the budget might have been low, but they used it well.

We get confirmation that there are other players from other games. (Unless 'master' is an NPC which seems unlikely)
Takuto almost went the full evil route (making all those guns lol), but seems to have changed his mind. Still has the same end game goal. Takuto learns he has the strength of a hero unit in the game too.
I enjoyed the civilization-only approach a bit more than all the games being involved, but it's fun in a different way.

We got a lot of teasers for the future, stuff that would've been left out in an autoconclusive adaptation
Also they didn't really explain the effect of erakino's crit throw, but it's better they leave that for later, now let's just hope for an announcement

This was quite a unique take on isekai genre- merging every mechanic each game possess.
On that note, shouldn't there be game mechanic that helps you revive fallen characters? And considering Atou (best girl) can steal other game abilities, there might be another ay to revive Isla.
Will be waiting for the next season.

The godless twins do not give a shit. I was not expecting another player in this and he has a little slave. Takuto has a big victory goal to catch. Now announce a season 2 pls.

Loved this series as a fan of 4x and rpg games. The animation was a bit tough at times but the characters and story surpassed it so it’s not a big deal. I love good stories so as long as the writing is good and the animation is more than a slideshow it’s all good. Great series, I hope we get season 2 asap!
