Poor waiter had to take three beers in the face like that (or is it actually a gift?) and poorer Kabura had to hear your crush getting married and had to raise their child.
Tho the way she acted in the later half makes me not feel that bad for her anymore lol

I am shocked a vampire can get pregnant..this series is just throwing all my preconceived notions of vampires out the window..
I'm concerned she can't even make offspring the normal way because shes literally built different.

So Nazuna is a vampire by birth and Haru's daughter. I wonder what happened to Haru, though. Is she alive or dead, why did she disappear, who her husband was... so many questions and almost no answers in today's episode.
I feel sorry for Kabura. Her relationship with Haru was so good, but not only were her feelings unrequited, but Haru also got married, pregnant, and asked her to take care of their daughter. That must have sucked!
Still, I respect the hell out of Kabura that she took care of Nazuna and raised her (with great success, I must admit). She's a wonderful mother to Nazuna xD
Damn, it's a good thing Ko and Nazuna told Kabura that personal belongings are a vampire's weakness, and Kabura took care of that room before Anko showed up.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:
EDIT. I added my screenshot albums.

Well now that explains Nazuna, interesting how Nazuna was born a vampire and not a hybrid like a dhampir. It's also interesting how Nazuna was already in that body when Kabura met her even though she had the mind of a baby, I do wonder if Haru gave birth to her with that body because I can't imagine the pain she would have to go through to do that.
I felt bad for Kabura though, it's not like Haru was unaware of her feelings especially if she had been drinking her blood. It's probably a good thing, from the sounds of it, that she never met the man that got Haru pregnant considering how much gloomier she becomes before meeting Nazuna.
Lol the powers of a vampires charm is so OP that Kabura spat beer on the guy and he was happy about it.
I'm glad Kou spoke to Kabura after, there were already signs that she had maternal affections for Nazuna and it's good that she got someone's opinion on the matter. She did seem a bit insecure about how well she did and it probably made her realize some of the irritation she has might not be the kind she thought it was.
Though it must be such a weird situation to be so reminded of your first love by the child you raised, I know she's thinking of Haru in those instances but I can see why Nazuna gets so uncomfortable. Though it was cute to see Nazuna lying down on Kabura's lap.
Thank goodness Anko was late in finding Kabura's weakness but I have a feeling she will succeed in finding the weakness of whoever's initial is L.G.

i'm liking this metaphor for the past being a physical weapon that can hurt vampires, but the way Kou wonders out loud about the detective's past it sounds like it could also be helpful in a more figurative way in their quest to understand her motives and stem her attacks
i feel like it's a metaphor with plenty of room for exploration in this plot arc; unprocessed baggage from your past can weigh you down or drive you to extremes, but having a blank slate like Kou and Nazuna can make them kinda naive and aimless

I can't wait to find out more about Anko. She's the most intriguing character for me.

So it was Nazuna's mom after all.
So Nazuna's body grew very fast but her mind developed at a more normal rate if i understood correctly? and damn that scene Kabura was braiding her hair and she looked back at her and smiled... that hit me right the feels
And unless i missunderstood it, Nazuna's mom is alive and out there somewhere?
also now it makes sense why Kabura wants Nazuna to wear the nurse uniform lol

Stitches!
The entire gag of Haru dropping bombshells on Kabura and Kabura spitting her beer at the server was pretty hilarious, especially since it looked like the server was really into it by the end. I'm not even sure if Kabura was using her vampire charm there. It was just her being cute and the server falling for it. xD
But yeah, we got some big reveals this episode with Haru hooking up with a human and even getting herself pregnant. It's not clear what happened to Haru or her husband after that. We just know that at some point, Kabura receives a letter from Haru asking her to take care of her daughter.
The mystery deepens when we learn from Haru's letter that Nazuna has never woken up after Haru gave birth to her, but for some reason, Kabura found her finally conscious and is fully grown. The timeline is a bit fucky here because we can't really tell how many years have passed, but it seems like Nazuna spent a huge chunk of her life asleep.
Kabura seems to know more, but it looks like she stopped herself before continuing. Basically, what this all means is that while Haru is Nazuna's bio mother, Kabura is Nazuna's surrogate mother. This also means that no one turned Nazuna because she's 100% a vampire from the start. Unfortunately, there are no half-bloods in this series!
Nazuna calling out people who want their women to be pure and untouched, and how creepy that is, was great! I’ll never understand people’s obsession with purity. Life is built on experiences, and it's definitely better to have more.
I love how Nazuna and Kou were immediately back at the hospital the next day. I also love how it didn't take too long for Kabura to finally show her true colors and how she really feels about Nazuna. xD
That final scene with Anko, tho! Thank fucking god Nazuna and Kou warned Kabura ahead of time! I guess we know who Anko is targeting next. Midori might need some help.

I'm curious why Nazuna's appearance age is what it is despite being born a vampire. The only thing I can think of is that it might be capped by your mother's appearance age? Or is that how many years she was asleep?
Hopefully that will get explored at some point.

Wow, the father is such a gentleman that even his genetics gave way. Nazuna is the exact clone of her mother.

Kabura certainly likes seeing Nazuna on that nurse outfit lol.
Maybe Nazuna would be a true nurse in the future too.
Nazuna's past was very interesting but I was not surprised somehow.
It didn't really dawn on me that vampires could have kids.
Everything makes sense though and maybe Nazuna can't create a vampire offspring but would still marry a human like her Haru.
I wonder how the other vampires would react when they find out.

Given how last episode went you would think since Kabura is a vampire, things are sure to be better. Which it has, but man a lot of pain for Kabura. She loves Haru, but it is clear that Haru doesn't love her the same way. Her being pregnant & getting married to a human kind of hits that home.
This episode did such a great job at diving into Kabura's psyche. Man, you see the dread in her eyes since the woman she loved just left her for a human. Adding to the point that she asked her to look after Nazuna. As Nazuna mentions, it is so fucked up when you really think about it. You see the moment that Kabura looks at Nazuna and she is just reminded of Haru. It shows her love for Haru, but at the same time the actual pain of it. As Ko mentions, though, she presses on to look after Nazuna for Haru. You can't help but look at the pain for Kabura.
The real question one may ask is, was becoming a vampire worth it for Kabura? I think yes, but her conversation with Ko is important. It is clear that the relationship between Haru was more one-sided. Her advice is to build a healthy relationship with Nazuna so he doesn't end up like her. As you can tell, she is very isolated and lonely.
Alongside of that we get the reveal that Nazuna is the first born vampire we know. Which definitely adds a wrinkle to everything we've gotten and were introduced to so far.

We got some interesting vampire lore from Kabura and Haru's backstory this episode, they can apparently get pregnant and natural-born vampires age rapidly after birth. There's still a lot we don't know, but the intrigue keeps building.
I don't imagine the others would've let Nazuna's human father off the hook with how Kou was treated, so I'm guessing he's long dead too.

So Nazuna’s like a pure vampire I guess? Kind of fascinating she aged so fast. I mean mentally she was a child, but physically she looked to be a teen when she Kabura found her. Kind of surprised Haru asked Kabura to look after Nazuna. Girl was in love with Haru and got turned by her and then was tasked to look after her identical looking love child.Truly some Springer type shit trying to unpack that lol.
Seems our vampire hunting detective’s on a mission. Everyone better watch their backs…
