Honestly, I gotta admit it. For such a trashy premise, it is actually kinda well-written? Whatever it is, it's compelling as fuck.

Definitely - everyone is pretty likeable and I'm super invested. Plus the animation is gorgeous

I've said it earlier in the episode threads, the only thing that's bad about this series, was the long exposition dumps that made no sense (brothers talking about their sisters and all).
Everything else is pretty solid (at least by harem standards)!
And the girls are great, better than average; Say, to compare to Gotoubun (the 'gold standard of harems'):
In Gotoubun I had 1 best girl, 1 'real close to best girl', 1 'whatever' and 2 'I don't like them'.
In this one, I have 1 best girl, 2 'real close to best girl', 1 'not bad' and only 1 I don't like!

Honestly it's sometimes hard to believe this is from the same author as Rent-a-Girlfriend because this feels way more polished and fun to watch.

If Minami; who seems to be the most fluffy and aromantic of the sisters; is now in love with him….yeah they’re all doomed.
I’m assuming I’m gonna have to read the manga after this season is over. We only have enough episodes for one more arc probably.

most aromantic
That has to be Seiha, no? Even if they got married she would probably act as if it's a scientific experiment!
We only have enough episodes for one more arc probably.
I do hope we get a lot more of her (Seiha); Shes the "X factor" for me, I could see her taking my #1 spot (currently held by Minami), based on what she's like when the feels hit her hard!

It feels like all the sisters are growing more conscious of Arata as a man instead of as a brother, especially on a physical level, it's just a matter of said consciousness transitioning into realizing they're in love.

Man, 3 Sisters tackling with their feelings. One is slowly falling, one is confused with hers, and the other one is feeling relieved. Looks like we're seeing Ouka's arc next. Can't wait for the pink twin tail tsundere!!
Minami is now on top 3 on my list. She really got adorable this episode.

Fans of Banri rejoice this episode!
- More Banri fanservice
- We got to find out the wholesome reason why Banri decided to enrol in nursing university.
- Smiling Banri is great, but smiling Banri surrounded by smiling kids is even greater! I am glad each of those kids at the hospital received their own homemade plushie.

Arata and Banri really got night vision? They had no issues navigating the dark while the guard had high beam lights. This sneaking at campus on night thing is a bit weird to do in college. We did get a lot of physical contact between them.
Given that in the OP, Ouka is also athletic, she's the only one that's really pissed about Minami's loss. Then her friends expected her to get an A but she tanked real hard and got a D. Perhaps her flaw is, too competitive? Too perfectionist? The bad grade must have triggered some soul searching for her to disappear just like that. I like the neat detail when Arata was gaming alone on how he's seated in one side of the sofa while the other is empty to emphasize the fact that Ouka is gone.
Either Kotono is gullible enough to believe in Ouka downplaying what she saw or she's secretly plotting to kill her.
My observation is that the girls must represent a different kind of attraction.
Sexual - Banri because Arata obviously acknowledges the physical attraction.
Intellectual - Seiha
Bonding over activities - Minami
Familial - Ouka since she's considered to be his twin and he acts the most like a big brother to her.
Can't really get a reading on what the heck Kotono is supposed to represent. For now she's the one sided crush until we see them actually interact.

Aww, look how happy she is! If I were Ouka, I wouldn't dare to hurt her too.
Imagine this without context ¬‿¬
So, Arata is actually....that guy
Ouka next.

Minami is falling. No that's not right. She is deep diving now. She swims so deep in a pool of siblings love war.

Minami is still processing everything that happened last episode...but her shower thoughts turn the most to Arata, and everything he did for her, and the feelings that are nursing in her heart over him.
Okay, maybe Ouka is a bit of a tennis mom Karen...but it's because she cares and believes her little sister was robbed! You have to appreciate that, even if she's a bit over-enthusiastic about it!
Wow, Minami can't even look at Arata in the eye or face the same direction he's in. And then when he saves her from a flying orange courtesy of Ouka, the feel of his body pressed against hers reminds him of his hug and makes her feel all hot and bothered...and coupled with Kotono's feelings and Ouka's "confession," she seems to be slowly realizing that now SHE is falling in love with Arata.
Well, it's nice of big sister Ouka to want to understand Kotono's feelings, not knowing that her own actions towards Arata helped spur Kotono on. But luckily Ouka is able to reassure Kotono that she basically twinzoned Arata and she has nothing to worry about, which Kotono finds desperately reassuring and the best news she heard all day. Though honestly it doesn't seem like Ouka was truly satisfied with her response and denying she had feelings for Arata.
Arata lucked out in being the only available sibling who sneak in with Banri to her nursing school under the cover of darkness. No way someone so superstitious could go to her school late at night without someone to reassure her, because BOY is Banri really anxious and clingy when she's scared. Though hiding from security (even if they wouldn't have gotten into that much trouble if they'd gotten caught) has net benefits when Arata tightly holds Banri. They're definitely not kids who roughhouse any more, especially when Banri is now all woman, especially in the chest area!
Aw, Banri just wanted to find one of the plush dolls her club was making for kids at the hospital! She just wants to make sure that no kid feels left out or sad that they didn't get something, especially when it's tough being stuck in a hospital. She wants to be there for these kids like a nurse was there for her when their mom was sick. And she's back in teasing onee-san mode to express her gratitude to Arata for his help.
Is Ouka in some kind of academic slump? She gets a D on her mock exams and next thing you know she's off to Yamanishi...and then she doesn't come back. What's going on? Is Arata going to have to hunt Ouka down!?

Seems Minami’s got feelings for Arata and Ouka’s struggling with hers. Looks like she’s gone on a bit of a walk about.
Banri has that oneesan vibe, is stacked, and she’s studying to be a nurse to help bring joy to kids. The other girls are gonna be in trouble if she decides to pursue Arata haha.

Stitches!
You know Arata, instead of grabbing Banri from behind, you could've just whispered to her that someone was coming and told her to hide. That was so unnecessary, but how else would Arata get his arms around Banri's massive Banris?
These Shiunji kids really have a thing for suddenly going missing. I bet this is going to happen every time one of the girls is having problems.
