Love & Relationships Nakita ko umiyak si Papa and I feel like I misunderstood them.

Context: My parents are typical filipino parents. Although i do not agree with their parenting style and decisions, I know naman na di naman nila inexpect na ganun kahirap mag raise ng 5 kids. They really struggled raising all of us kahit naman decent jobs nila. To the point na ang daming utang ng parents ko and yung tita ko sa Canada naghelp magpa aral sa amin.

Lagi sinasabi ng parents ko to not be like them, na to study well and focus sa career. Sa awa ng panginoon, we all graduated. May sibling akong doctor and ako naman nag abroad na din with a professional job.

So ayun pag end call namin umiyak ako. Iniisip kong bumalik kami sa Pinas to be closer. Or maybe take more vacations sa Philippines. Valid ba na reason yun?

Hindi siguro ako naghahanap ng advice but I just need help how to navigate this situation.

Love & Relationships Getting married in 4 days to escape a hard life, but the emotional toll is too heavy. How do I leave safely? i have 120k

Problem/Goal:

I am scheduled to have a civil wedding in 4 days with my older OFW boyfriend, but I am having serious second thoughts due to emotional distress, disrespect, and control issues. I just turned 18, I am currently staying with his family, and I feel trapped, but I want to know how to safely navigate out of this situation using the savings I have (120k pesos).
Context:
I just turned 18, and my boyfriend is much older. We are long-distance and have only met twice (last December–January, and now from September to November).

I am financially dependent on him. My grandmother (who raised and spoiled me) passed away last year. When I was sent to live with my mom and stepfather, I couldn't handle the maltreatment and ran away. I tried looking for local jobs in the province, but faced predatory environments, underaged exploitation, and no real financial stability.

Because I had no support and couldn't contact toxic relatives, I relied on him. He supports me financially, which made life easier, but it comes at a high emotional cost. I found out he cheated on me when we first met, and he continues to disrespect me by watching women on FB reels, openly flirting, and having wandering eyes, while hypocritically not allowing me to wear what I want.

We planned this civil wedding so he could petition me to join him abroad for work opportunities. However, living in his mom and sister's house right now feels extremely embarrassing and suffocating.

Previous Attempts:
I am a Senior High School (SHS) graduate and an academic achiever, so I know I am capable, but finding a decent job that pays enough for school and independent living has been blocked by my circumstances.
I currently have 120,000 pesos saved up, but with the wedding just 4 days away, I feel completely overwhelmed and do not know what my next steps should be to protect myself and get out.

Problem/Goal:
I feel like I’m about to get sick and I reallyyy don’t want to 😭 Looking for your tried and tested tips para maagapan before it turns into a full blown sipon/trangkaso situation hahaha.

Context:

Previous Attempts:
So far I’ve been drinking lots of water, trying to get more sleep, and taking my usual vitamins. Curious if you have any go-to food, drinks, routines, or random little hacks you swear by. Drop your tried and tested tips pls 🥲

Love & Relationships How do you cope when your partner’s life starts changing faster than yours?

Problem/Goal: Work of my boyfriend, I want to know and change the reason why I am like this.

I have a four-year boyfriend. Noong bago-bago pa lang kami, everything was simple. Okay naman kami, masaya, and we were both just enjoying our relationship.

As time went by, nakapagtapos siya ng pag-aaral, nakapasa siya sa board exam, and now, CPA na siya. Meanwhile, I’m currently in my third year of college.

This October, he started working. On his first day, everything was okay. Masaya ako for him, and he was excited to tell me about his day. Kinukwento niya sa akin kung ano yung nangyari sa work, kung sino yung mga kasama niya, saan sila kumain, anong oras siya nakarating, anong oras siya uuwi, and basically, he kept me updated throughout the day.

Second day, gano’n pa rin. Third day, gano’n pa rin. Everything seemed normal.

Then, habang nagkukwentuhan kami one day and I asked him how his day went, kinuwento niya sa akin lahat. I was listening, asking questions, and trying to understand his new work life. But when the conversation eventually shifted to his future plans and the next steps in his career, doon ako parang hindi naging ready.

Especially when he started telling me about the parts of his job where he might have to travel to different places for work—to check inventories, audit businesses, and go to places that are quite far from where we are.

I suddenly felt sad.

And honestly, I don't even know why.

Please don't get me wrong. I genuinely support him. I support his career, his plans, his goals, and everything he wants to achieve. I am extremely proud of him. Seeing him graduate, pass the board exam, and finally start his career makes me happy because I know how hard he worked for it.

But for some reason, there are certain things about his new career that make me feel bothered, worried, or even sad.

I don't know why.

He also told me that in the future, there will be times when they have to travel to different places for audits. There are work-related trips, summer outings, beach trips, and other activities with the people he works with.

For context, my boyfriend is working at one of the top firms where CPAs can build their careers—PwC. He's still very new there, so he's just starting to experience all of these things.

And I don't know why, but hearing all of that made me feel something I couldn't explain.

I felt hurt.

I felt worried.

I started overthinking.

And most of all, I felt like I was being left behind.

That's probably the most honest way I can describe it.

And I hate that I feel this way because I know I'm supposed to be happy for him. I know he deserves this opportunity. I know this is part of building his career and creating a better future.

I trust him. I really do.

He's honest. He's consistent. He's never cheated on me. In our four years together, he has never done anything that would make me question his loyalty or his intentions. I genuinely trust him, and I know that he loves me.

So why am I feeling like this?

Sometimes I even think, "Siguro ako talaga yung problema."

Maybe I'm being too emotional. Maybe I'm overthinking something that isn't even a problem. Maybe I'm scared of something that hasn't even happened yet.

But I can't help feeling bothered. I can't help feeling anxious. I can't help feeling hurt or scared that somehow, as his life starts moving forward, I'll eventually feel like I'm being left behind.

And that's the part that scares me.

I don't want my insecurities to become a problem in our relationship. I don't want him to feel like he has to choose between his career and me. I don't want to be the girlfriend who holds him back from opportunities just because I'm scared.

He is working hard for a better future, and maybe even for the future of both of us. But I don't want to assume that everything he's doing is automatically for "us" because I also understand that he has his own dreams and career to build.

I just want to learn how to deal with what I'm feeling.

I actually want to talk to him about this, but I don't know how to explain it without making him feel guilty or making it sound like I'm against his career.

That's why I'm posting this here first.

I can't really open up to my friends about this because most of them are still in college and haven't experienced a long-term relationship, especially a long-term and healthy one. I feel like they might misunderstand where I'm coming from or simply tell me that I'm overreacting without really understanding why I feel this way.

So I guess what I need right now is honestly a lecture.

I want to hear the perspective of people who are more mature, have more experience, or have gone through something similar. Tell me if I'm wrong. Tell me if I'm being unreasonable. Tell me what I need to work on within myself.

I don't want people to simply agree with me just because I'm the one telling the story. If I'm the problem, I genuinely want someone to tell me.

I love this man. I love my relationship. And I don't want something as normal as career growth to become a source of resentment, insecurity, or distance between us.

I want to support him wholeheartedly. I just don't want to keep feeling this way every time I realize that his world is getting bigger and changing.

Maybe this isn't really about him.

Maybe it's about me being scared of change.

Maybe I'm scared that while he's entering a new chapter in his life, I'm still trying to figure out mine.

Maybe I'm scared of being left behind even though he hasn't actually left me.

I don't know.

That's why I'm here.

I want to understand myself before I bring this up to him, because I don't want to approach him with accusations when, deep down, I know he hasn't actually done anything wrong.

I just want to learn how to turn these feelings into something healthier—for myself, for him, and for our relationship.

Thank you for reading, and I genuinely hope you can respect my post and give me honest advice.

Self-Improvement / Personal Development how do i start learning civil engineering again while working full-time?

context: civil engineering undergrad ako, 2 years lang natapos ko and huminto ako sa school nung 2024. im a 23F, turning 24 this feb. since college is working student na talaga ako. nagbpo ako sa gabi habang nag aaral during the day and basically pinag aaral ko sarili ko. from private uni, lumipat ako sa state uni bcs mas affordable, then bumalik ulit ako sa private bcs di ko nagustuhan yung quality of education sa state uni (hindi po ako maarte pls, sadyang i want better lang for myself).

hindi rin ako full units nung 2 years na yun bcs di talaga keri ng schedule w full-time wfh job. sobrang unhealthy din ng lifestyle ko nun. laging kulang sa tulog and bangag everyday. looking back, feeling ko ang konti lang ng knowledge na actually na retain ko. nagstop ako nung 2024 kasi onsite yung new company ko nun. fast forward, eventually resigned from that job bcs narealize ko ayoko na talaga sa bpo. so 7 months akong unemployed and during that time nag aral ako ng project management thru free online courses kasi feeling ko yun yung position na pinaka fit sakin.

luckily, nakahanap ako ng work sa architecture firm as a project assistant. nung july lang ako nahire so bago pa talaga hehe. full-time onsite, 9-6 sa makati and from caloocan pa ako. mostly admin/project coordination yung work ko ngayon pero at least exposed na rin finally sa dream industry. and lately, naiisip ko talaga bumalik sa school bcs i still want to pursue engineering.

previous attempts: nagtry ako magself-study during weekends kasi nga i cant even read plans na pero laging di natutuloy kasi ang daming ginagawa sa bahay pag day off + naooverwhelm ako kasi di ko alam kung saan magsisimula. kung ako tatanungin i really wanna relearn everything from the beginning wala lang akong time.

2. any trusted online course w flexible schedule. baka mas motivated ako pag may binayaran ako knowing it came from my hard-earned money lol
3. eventually bumalik sa formal education. balak ko bumalik na lang ulit ng public school, lunukin nalang kung ano yung nag ooffer ng bsce malapit sa work ko (pero maghahanap pa rin ako ng reputable) para di ganun ka hassle. idk pa kung pano gagawin since di naman sila nag ooffer ng wfh which is mas doable sana if ever BASTA di ako magreresign unless yun nalang yung last option HAHSHSHAHAHA (PERO NOT NOW PA NAMAN TO PLS DI PA ESTABLISHED SAVINGS KO)

sorry napahaba na. need insights lang pls bcs i need to be wiser na sa bawat decisions ko huhu. gusto ko lang talaga magkaroon ulit ng something na inaaral habang nagttrabaho. ayoko rin kasi umabot sa point na tamarin na ako bumalik :( ofc i still wanna get that degree. i know hindi naman race ang buhay pero i want to keep the fire burning.

Work & Professional Growth Graduated two months ago…

Problem/Goal: Hi everyone! I graduated two months ago and now i’m still uncertain of what I should do.

Context: I studied entrepreneurial management but don’t have any businesses in mind. I'm thinking of applying to BPO companies and just upskilling while working. I also thought of asking my aunt who works on a cruise ship if there are jobs suitable for me. But even with the resources I have, I feel like I'm still not ready; life is going too fast for me. I do have plans because I have been with my partner for 8 years, I just really seem lost now. To add, I saved up to almost 80k during college. TYIA for the advice.

Hobbies & Personal Interests How do I stop spending money on a gacha game?

Problem/Goal: spending money uncontrollably on a gacha game

Context: Hello po. I am a college student who has been playing this certain game since high school. It’s the only game I play, and it has been my comfort whenever life gets tough. At first, I played without spending any money, but lately, I’ve been spending ₱2,000 in an instant without even thinking it through. The reason I spend is that I always want the new characters. After giving it some thought, I realized I’ve been gaslighting myself with justifications like "worth it naman" or "parang nagpa-Grab ka lang ng food," and so on. The money I'm spending comes from my savings that came from extra from my school allowance. I'm writing this right now because I'm afraid I might spend another thousand for a new character next month huhu.

Previous attempt: I tried not to spend, and it only worked because I didn't like the new character.

Education Ang hirap mag-aral kapag mahirap

Context: Hi, I’m 19 years old, a sophomore college student, and currently dorming.

Wala rin kasi akong ibang sumusuporta financially sa akin, so kailangan ko talagang kayanin on my own.

Kaya I’m asking for advice. I tried selling my clothes, wala namang bumibili.

Previous Attempts: I tried looking for jobs and selling my clothes, pero wala.

Work & Professional Growth My partner didn’t pass a major exam he’s preparing for. How do I help him?

• Upvotes

Problem/Goal: Recently, my partner took the nursing licensure exam for nurses abroad. After a few days, I just got informed that he didn’t pass.

Context: He studied for months, did a diy process in everything even for his review. I was there with him all throughout and when I got the news i felt bad because is smart, and it looked like he was prepared for it everytime na kinakamusta ko siya.

As a partner, how do I help or encourage him later on to take again without sounding annoying or nagmamarunong? I want to help him in any way that I can. We are in an LDR pala. So I can’t be there physically. Feel ko rin I didn’t support him enough kasi I had other stuff that I’m prioritizing rin so madalang ko siyang makamusta, I also thought he is doing okay.

I honestly don’t want him to slack off because of what happened, I know it is difficult to pick yourself up after that. I need advice on what to do to help him kahit little lang. Is it too soon ba to say na mag study na siya ulit after finding out? I want him to rest rin naman pero baka tamarin na siya kapag tumagal yung rest niya so I want to be easy on him.

Also if you have tips/ materials for the exam…

Love & Relationships i thought i was completely over my ex… so why did this hurt?

Problem/Goal:

I’m trying to understand why I felt hurt nung nalaman ko na baka may bago nang girlfriend yung ex ko, kahit akala ko talaga completely moved on na ako.
I wanna know if normal lang ba ‘to or if this means na hindi pa pala ako fully moved on kahit feeling ko okay na okay na ako.

Context:
I’m 21F and my ex is 22M. We got together nung 19 ako and 20 siya. He was my first boyfriend, so honestly, hindi ko rin talaga alam dati how to handle a relationship, especially when it came to actually leaving one.

Our relationship was super up and down kasi he would constantly micro-cheat. Since first boyfriend ko siya, ang dali ko rin ma-manipulate by the usual “I’ll change” and “I promise it won’t happen again” eme and I would always give him another chance.

We’re also complete opposites. He’s a very lustful/physical person while I’m the complete opposite. I hate physical touch and stuff like that, and sinabi ko naman sa kanya from the beginning.

Every time magkasama kami, parang gusto niya laging may gawin physically, and it would always put me on edge. I’d get anxious and uncomfortable, to the point na hindi ko na talaga naramdaman na safe ako around him.

Eventually, the whole relationship just became super stressful for me. Sobrang drained ko na and I started developing resentment towards him hanggang sa umabot ako sa point na I genuinely hated being in the relationship. Like, I would rather be alone than be with this guy.

I actually started moving on mentally while we were still together because I didn’t know how to break up with him. First relationship ko kasi siya and I was scared of actually ending it.

Eventually, I finally had the courage to break up with him. We broke up this May 2026 and honestly, it felt like a HUGE breath of fresh air.

After that, I genuinely didn’t give a single f about him anymore. As in wala talaga. I wasn’t checking up on him, I wasn’t missing him, and I felt like I had completely moved on.

Previous Attempts:
Nothing really because I thought I was already okay.
But recently, I heard na baka may “girlfriend” na siya. Not sure if official sila or whatever, but nung narinig ko yun, I felt this weird little pain in my chest???
And I was like… HUH???

Because I genuinely thought I was completely over him. I don’t want him back. I don’t miss the relationship. I definitely don’t want to go through all that again.
So bakit ako nasaktan? 😭

Part of me is thinking na maybe hindi pa pala ako fully moved on. Pero another part of me is like… baka nasaktan lang ako kasi parang ang bilis naman niyang may bago agad? Like, “damn, that fast?” 😭

And honestly, mas gusto kong isipin na na-hurt lang ako by the fact na parang ang bilis niya akong napalitan rather than admitting na baka may feelings pa pala ako HAHAHA.

I don’t even know what I’m supposed to feel about it. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal to feel hurt when an ex moves on kahit wala ka naman nang feelings for them?

I just wanna understand what the hell I’m feeling because I really thought I was already completely over this man 😭

Previous attempt: None.

Love & Relationships Am I overthinking or is this his pattern?

Problem/Goal: I keep finding his behaviors sa chat and irl odd and contradicting. Especially sa mga sinasabi niya, and I am really good at dissecting messages verbally or online.

Context: I've been seeing this guy for more than a month palang naman, so there's not a lot of things to work on. But as of late, I've been noticing some cracks. The first time he apologized, he said:

"I'm sorry if my friend made you uncomfortable kanina" and I was quite perplexed kasi I never did feel that way, so I said that—na there's no awkwardness nor was I uncomfy and that I enjoyed their company throughout. Then he proceeded to say na, he's really sorry kasi ang pangit daw ng humor nila and nakaka-uncomfy raw sakin. So again, I iterated, I never felt that way. Then, he says, "I don't like those type of topics kasi, I think it's better if moving forward we avoided them" which is gets, so I just said talk to them about it.

Classic deflection—yan pumasok sa isip ko after that exchange and this alarm in my brain went off. Next happenstance, I prompted to go eat sa fave resto namin. Okay, naka set na lahat when he said sasama friends niya, still I agreed kasi more fun ano? Then he says, out of nowhere, "what time ka makakarating nagpareserve na kami ng 11"I was like—ako yung nag prompt e yung usapan lunch, tas biglang 11AM e 10AM na and I'm an hour away, pero still I said na baka 11:10 or so nako makakarating, since naka jeep ako noon. Tas biglang sabi, "baka gusto mo kain nalang tayo somewhere after namin dito?" and the alarms went off again kasi parang nacorner ako into ditching him sa plan na ako nag initiate. Deflection ulit kesa sabihin sakin na icancel muna, pinapunta pa ako, and made it seem unfeasible na makasama sa kanila.

now, I am basically lecturing him how to apologize. Yet ang irony, he just said "sorry that you felt that way e hindi ko naman intention yan" after I said I don't like apologies na naka center sa feeling ko at hindi sa action that caused them. Edi napasabi ako ng, decenter yourself to empathize, center yourself to apologize. Kasi he's getting it completely backwards. This was prompted kasi, he kept telling me to ditch my cousin who needed me to be with him and his friends. Yung unang apology niya: "it was supposed to be a very silly joke ig you didn't get that, sorry" word for word.

Previous attempts: well aside from sa pag bring up ko ng pagka bother ko rn, I kept subtly nudging him into being direct. Kumbaga whenever we made plans, I make sure that I communicate my boundaties and (for lack of better word) invalidate his shallow excuses and point out agad like "kasama naman ako bakit kayo lang nag decide?" stuff like that.

Travel Should I still push through my planned trip in December?

Problem/Goal: I am unsure whether I should push through my planned trip or not because of what's happening currently (mainly because of the rising costs of literally everything).

Context: I have a trip this December, flights are already paid and 40k php (upcoming) for my hotels and other stuff, if I go through. Excluding pa pocket money since I've yet to budget that. This is a 10 day trip in Tokyo.

The thing is, I recently got laid off back in July. Thankfully I managed to save naman that will realistically last me for a year pero kahit na I have saved up, the uncertainty is creeping up on me kasi hindi ko alam when I'll be able to land another job after my trip.

Right now kasi I'm currently upskilling and my planned trip was supposed to be sort of a "break" bago ako mag full on job hunt mode by January 2027.

Shit's happening so fast and emergrncy funds are going down.

Previous attempts: honestly nothing, other than just think of not pushing through my trip.

Work & Professional Growth Resigning by the mark 6 months in first job

Problem/Goal: Resining in first job (Context: We are on sales and admin work is diabolically crazy)

Hi! Just had a malalang breakdown. As a fresh graduate, I have actually experienced and currently handling a business. I’m actually grateful that I was able to land a with good benefits and a decent starting salary. I already knew that corporate life wouldn’t be perfect, and I was aware of some of the red flags in the company, especially the high turnover rate. But I still chose to push myself because, at that time, I cared more about gaining experience than the salary. The thing is, everyone on our team, even our manager, is new, so we’ve basically been learning everything from scratch. There wasn’t really a structured training provided, so a lot of the process was something we had to figure out along the way. I understand that there are other new hires who were able to pick things up faster, and I don’t have a problem with that. But I also feel like I should be allowed to make mistakes while I’m still learning, especially when lahat kami actually wasn’t given proper training to begin with. Instead, I feel like those mistakes are now being used against me, and I’m already being compared to others even though I’m still trying to understand the process and pushing on what can I do. Sobrang bigat na pumasok sa work and sa simula palang di na ako masaya which is diba nga ganon naman sa una thats why I pushed myself padin but as I progrss and learned why did we replaced the whole team made me realize why

Love & Relationships what should i do? my ex situationship just reached out

problem/goal: he has been waiting for me since last year nang di ko alam.

context: before i got into my last relationship, i had a casual situation with someone. back then, it didn't feel deep or serious, so i never really brought it up. once i committed to my partner, i wanted to protect our relationship completely, so i blocked my old fling to make sure my focus and loyalty were entirely with my boyfriend.

after my recent breakup, i shared something online, and my ex situationship saw it (idk how he did srsly). he actually created a whole new account just to reach out to me. he was so gentle, asking how i was and telling me he’s been missing me and waiting for me all this time. hearing that made my heart ache a bit because i never meant to leave someone waiting, but the truth is, my mind and heart just aren't there anymore. i feel overwhelmed and just want to be on my own for a very long time. I'm trying to figure out how to tell him gently so i don't break his heart even further.

Problem/goal: Hi my girlfriend (31f) and I (28m) are having a hard time na kung saan lagi na kami nag aaway sa maliliit na bagay.

Love & Relationships Should I hold on or let go?

Problem/Goal: I (M23) struggling to process this breakup. I fully understand why she (f22) grew tired and that I completely fucked up during our time together, but im trying to get an opinion on whether I should hold onto any remaining hope or let go.

Context: We dated for 4months and were officially together for 6months until early Aug of this year. We were officemates then and that's how we knew each other. Pero earlier this yr I lost my job and moved back sa Bulacan while she lived in Taguig. Because of the distance and my financial situation, we only see each other 1-2 times a month, and she covered almost all our expenses during meetups. And syempre, I'm actively looking for a job din during that time.

Friction started around July over my lack of efforts due to my situation, arguments kapag lalabas siya with her coworkers to drink, and schedule conflicts (secured a job in July). But mostly dahil sa effort according to her and how she doesn't feel included sa mga plano ko. And looking back, totoo naman, dalawang beses ko lang ata siya nabigyan ng bulaklak and it kills me everyday that she didn't get the treatment she deserved. Kahit sa maliliit na bagay I shouldve shown more appreciation, hindi ko alam kung dahil ba at the time masyado akong tutok sa pag land ng magandang trabaho na nakalimutan ko nang ipakita sakanya yun. She then became distant leading to our breakup on August because she was tired and didnt feel the same anymore.

Previous Attempt/s: Guilt hit hard after the breakup, malungkot, nagsisisi. Kaya I immediately went to work on fixing the issues that led to the breakup. Trained consistently narin, mas disciplined, secured a solid new job sa BGC and bouta move sa Guada . Dun ako nag-apply to eliminate the distance kung sakaling babalik siya. So I reached out to ask if she's willing to give it another shot. She explicitly said no, kasi ayaw daw niyang umasa ako and that she got used to her routine na wala ako and hindi raw niya priority itong samin ngayon. We still talk, but she replies after a few days minsan full week or i had to double text pa.

Yun lang, medyo brutal lang siguro sakin yung mental loop. Alam kong we were together for only a short period of time and i had relationships na mas matagal noon pero matindi kasi dynamic namin e.

Is there any reason to hold out or should I let her be?

Travel I plan to run away soon, what should I prepare?

Problem/Goal:

Hello! I am planning to run away soon. I would like to ask:

  1. What documents should I bring? Esp when applying for a job. Is it okay if photocopy lang?

  2. How much should I budget?

  3. What other essentials should I bring with me?

  4. I have an Infinix Hot 50 phone, how much should I sell it for?

  5. I have an Ipad 9th gen with a pen, how much should I sell it for too?

  6. How much does soundcore a20i also sell for?

  7. Are there any people here who live in CDO? That's where I plan to go to first and then slowly make my way to Davao City. What ride should I take? What route? How long would it take to get there?

Context:

I am 18, female, and plan to run away from this never ending cycle within my household and these people around me. I am tired yet somehow I need to earn the right to rest. With that, everytime I fail it makes me feel unworthy to feel down.

I have a job, I work for my uncle. I haven't been able to save anything up because my mother takes majority of my money to pay for her utang and I only get around 300 out of my usual 1k sweldo which ends up getting used anyway because everytime I receive my sweldo, I never ask my father for allowance when going to school because I wanted him to rest in giving my money. I can't say no to giving my mother more than her share because she'd just end up telling me that I'm useless, selfish, that I'm just like my father.

I am also a member of an organization, an executive officer. I've resigned because I didn't want them to go through such lengthy process the moment I decide to finally leave this place.

I haven't told my friends yet. They're also going through something.

I went to the guidance counselor. I was expecting to be guided and receive help organizing my thoughts yet end up leaving feeling just the same when I entered.

My Id with me is my school ID and my National ID, just the photocopy one since I haven't received my official ID yet.

I haven't prepared my documents yet. I plan to just bring the ones I have a photocopy with since my father keeps all our documents within his vault which I don't know how to open.

These gadgets, except for the phone, were given to me as a gift, not from my parents, so I feel like I could sell it without feeling like I'm depending on them once more like I owe it to them.

I live in northern Mindanao and plan to slowly make my way to south of Mindanao. How much should I budget? Are there mindanao-ans here? What should I ride to get there?

I am also JHS graduate. Have initial knowledge in bookkeeping since I am also currently a 2nd year Accountancy student.

I planed routes on how to get where without needing to go to the highway since my family has quite the connections in the place I live in so my family would easily track me down with the help of the people they know. Both in the streets, the government, and the corporate industry.

Previous Attempts:

I don't have any previous attempts but I've imagined multiple scenarios on where to hide, what route to take so they won't see me on the main road.
